A career pivot into SaaS sales during the pandemic followed over a decade in hospitality, where creating great experiences and solving problems in real time were part of the job description, not bonus points.

At Docebo, the journey started as a BDR, leveled up into an ISR, and now continues as a Mid-Market Account Executive. Today, partnerships are built with organizations during their Docebo evaluation, focusing on solutioning to real learning needs and helping teams clearly see the value and impact learning can have on their business. Less feature tour, more “this actually solves our problem.”

The work centers on understanding current learning strategies, aligning solutions to learner needs, and connecting learning initiatives to measurable outcomes. If learning transformation had a utility belt, this is where it stays stocked.

Core values include curiosity, coachability, long-term customer success, and having fun while doing meaningful work. Dad jokes included at no extra cost.

Outside of Docebo, time is split between bartending at Jacobs & Co Steakhouse, attending concerts, and treating a great TV series like a long-term commitment.

Docebo brought the Game On theme to life at RKO 26 this year. 🎮

From the moment we kicked things off, it felt like a true level-up.

Huge thank you to our Marketing team for the incredible work on Docebo’s new branding and the Game On RKO experience. The attention to detail and 
creativity truly elevated the entire event.

One of the biggest highlights was finally seeing our global revenue team in person, especially our friends across the pond. Teammates I had not seen in years, or had only met through Zoom squares. Nothing beats being together IRL.

This RKO was also incredibly special because it marked my 5th year at Docebo. Five years of learning, growing, leveling up, and staying deeply passionate about what we do and how we support organizations through learning. I am excited to keep going on this quest with such an amazing team.

This year also came with a huge personal milestone. I am proud to share that I hit President’s Club in my first full year as a full cycle Account Executive at Docebo. 🏆

The last time I made President’s Club, I was a top performing BDR. To now do it again as a full cycle seller feels like a reflection of growth, learning, and the team around me. I am excited to keep building, improving, and growing on the Mid-Market team.

One of my favorite moments at RKO was when Mark Kosoglow compared our team to a kitchen brigade. With my 16+ years in hospitality, that analogy hit home. Every role matters. Every touch is intentional. Each person plays a part in creating something memorable, all with the same goal of delivering lasting impact for our 
customers through learning.

I have helped generate multiple qualified opportunities and pipeline growth for Docebo, thanks to my relationship-building and resilience skills.
