Enterprise Learning Consultant

As a Team Lead, I align with other Team Leads on BDR goals and activities with our Go-To-Market plans to ensure the company achieves growth targets. Closely with sales, marketing, sales enablement, and operation teams to maximize pipeline creation and report to my Sales Manager – Business Development.

- Help lead a high-performance sales team by executing targeted pipeline goals and exceeding those goals in the emerging business
- Resolve routine problems and act as first point of escalation for the team
- Monitor, review and coach calls and processes on a weekly basis to ensure that they are following best practices and procedures
- Perform BDR responsibilities as lead BDR
Help recruit, interview, onboard, train, lead BDRs, and grow the team
- Monitor and refine lead processes, continue to help optimize SFDC, Outreach, Zoominfo, Demandbase and other tools to improve BDRs productivity

I also use my problem-solving skills to align with my team on goals and activities, monitor and coach calls and processes.

I have helped generate multiple qualified opportunities and pipeline growth for Docebo, thanks to my relationship-building and resilience skills.

I’m a global Business Development leader turned Pipeline Architect with deep experience building and scaling SDR/BDR organisations, designing outbound engines, and driving predictable pipeline across North America and Europe. My passion is transforming messy, inconsistent top-of-funnel activity into structured, data-driven systems that convert.

As I expand into the consulting space, I’m focused on helping founders and sales leaders strengthen their pipeline strategy, accelerate outbound performance, and build revenue teams that can scale.
