I see a lot of marketers & executives recording content with a condenser microphone (like the Blue Yeti that got really popular during the pandemic).

While those aren't bad mics, they're best used in a controlled environment (read: sound studio).  And if you're recording in your home office or coworking space, your space probably isn't "controlled."

But Google's getting WAY too heavy handed.

Their grammar & writing suggestions in Gmail (for me, at least) are more distracting than helpful.

If your agency has a strong “audit” offer, don’t rush to cold outreach.

Here’s what I’d do instead…

If you deliver SEO and/or GEO services, running an AI Visibility Audit can be a great conversation-starter.

But even a great offer delivered in an unwanted way (mass, cold outreach) probably won’t book a lot of meetings.  

Use a simple 3-phase ramp up instead.

Phase 1: Start with current clients

👉 Run audits for 3-5 client accounts
👉 Refine your talk track as you present the findings to them
👉 Capture 1-2 quick wins


Phase 2: Ask for one intro

👉 “Is there one marketing peer who’d find this process helpful?”


Phase 3: Take it public

👉 Reactivate closed-lost deals with an audit offer
👉 Post a video on LinkedIn showing the results of an audit (with permission, of course)
👉 Host a live workshop & do a real-time audit of a well-known brand
