A few years ago, I decided to take a "real job" because I thought it would mean more security to provide for my family....

... we also had a little one on the way (pictures here, who isn't so little anymore)...

Thankfully, I was fired (yes, I completely deserved it)....

.... and went back to what I do best....

Fast forward a year, Nearshore Business Solutions has blown up (around 80 placements this year, in our first full year of operation), I have a team of 6, and we are having to turn down work because we honestly can't keep up.

Most importantly? 

I control my destiny. No one else. And I get to do calls every day with my daughter (gotta teach 'em young)...
