I love to connect both worlds of sports and business together because there are so many similarities between them. And working as an Account Executive in the Tech Industry can sometimes lead to the following problems: - Feeling mentally stressed - Not having enough time - Having health problems - Beating yourself up - Being overweight - Missing energy - Being stressed - Self Doubt After having a mental breakdown in 2017, I was constantly working on myself because I literally didn´t want to be in this position ever again. My mission now is to help 1 million people by being a better person by 1% day by day. This, through implementing the right mindset, habits, and routines. By making health your first priority 💪 After 2017 I was able to make the switch. I was able to achieve my quota every year (102% - 260%) with staying healthy and in shape. There is no "I don´t have time" mindset anymore. I literally made sure that it has to work. Changing my identity was one of the key factors. I´m a true believer that people have to put their health before business and I want to share my experiences with as many people as possible in order to make a positive impact.
