After having a mental breakdown in 2017, I was constantly working on myself because I literally didn´t want to be in this position ever again. 

My mission now is to help 1 million people by being a better person by 1% day by day. This, through implementing the right mindset, habits, and routines.

After 2017 I was able to make the switch. I was able to achieve my quota every year (102% - 260%) with staying healthy and in shape. There is no "I don´t have time" mindset anymore. I literally made sure that it has to work. Changing my identity was one of the key factors. 

I´m a true believer that people have to put their health before business and I want to share my experiences with as many people as possible in order to make a positive impact. 

Through several coachings and mentors I’m constantly working on improving myself in the fields of sales, (mental) health, productivity and personal branding.

Udhayam Social Service Centre at Ashok Nagar in Chennai is a non-profit organization. It is a unit of Capuchin Friars Minor Multi-purpose Social Service Society (Reg. No.210/1988) headquartered in Tiruchirapalli. The centre was opened by the, then Mayor of Chennai Municipality, the present Honourable Chief Minister M. K. Stalin on 27th March, 2001 and from then onwards it serves the locality for its social empowerment. Since its inception, the centre is undertaking various activities for the development and growth of the community specifically for the people under poverty line. There were very many social work coordinators who put their heart and soul for the upliftment of local people. The Centre serves as a place of social advocacy, social awareness, relief work, rehabilitation, legal aid and educational empowerment.

Currently, we do provide the following services :
Evening Tuition Centre for the poor children.
Tailoring program for women empowerment.
Entrepreneurship for Women.
Free Counseling for well-being.
Computer Education and Training for poor children.
Awareness Program on Addictions and Re-habitation.
Employment Information and Career Development.

I started my journey in a village named Reddypalayam and moved to the city for educational reasons. I completed my UG in the field of Computer Science Engineering at Panimalar and then moved into Cognizant - which was my dream company but I struggled with coding for a very long time and moved out and analyzed my key strengths. I found that Communication and Empathy were my two key strengths.

I went to Don Bosco Vazhikaatti to register myself for a job fair and ended up joining there as a Soft- Skill Trainer as I was interested in that role. I have also done Affiliate marketing for firms and have multiple certifications in the field of Marketing and Human resources.

After this timeline at DBV, did my masters at Velammal specializing in HR and Marketing and got into Hinduja Global Solutions as a Human-resource Intern and had an amazing experience with the team learning different streams of HR within a short span. During my final semester, I joined Photon as an HR Business Partner. As an Onboarding specialist, I took care of the new joiners and helped them to settle down in their respective roles and resolved their queries. I have provided support in areas of communication and was the owner of the New Hire Orientation process. As part of the Operations team, I took care of the filing and documentation process using Oracle Fusion HR.

After moving out of Photon, tried to focus on Digital Marketing but haven't properly planned and hence failed.

Became a part of Lynx Eye Digital marketing agency for some time as a social media manager and was responsible for handling social media accounts and content creation.
