I was walking through the streets of Barcelona at 1 am last summer, when I learned my most important lesson of the past year.

The last years have been a wild rollercoaster.
Since we founded Growably 5 years ago, everything has become faster, wilder, bigger.

I've been giving our company everything I've got. 
And maybe even more.

So last year I decided to go on vacation.
The first time in 7 years without my laptop.
Just me, flying to Barcelona for a few days off.

Blocked Slack, LinkedIn and ClickUp.
Fully offline.

Day one felt wrong.

Perfect weather.
Great coffee.
Beautiful city.

And a constant feeling I should be doing something else.

So after having dinner alone (highly recommend, nice experience!), I grabbed my AirPods and went for a walk.

Tried to reflect on where that weird feeling was coming from.
And then, super randomly, the Spotify algorithm came up with a song I had never heard before.

A 50-year-old song.
Not at all the type of music I listen to.
But the lyrics hit me hard.

"Slow down, you crazy child...
And take the phone off the hook and disappear for a while
It's all right, you can afford to lose a day or two"

A song about a young dude who's hustling and still feels like he isn't progressing fast enough.

Damn.
That old song, in that exact moment, really flipped a switch.

What seems super obvious to most people became the biggest personal lesson I learned last year:

→ It's okay to be unproductive.
→ I won't achieve my goals any faster, just by running faster. The rest is equally important.

Since then, I’ve taken 10 full days off.
More than in the previous 3 years combined.

2025 was tough.
2026 will be different.
Better.

For Growably.
And also for Tobi.

How to structure a website for a B2B SaaS company with two pretty different ICPs? 🤔

That's been our main question when strategically planning the shipzero website ⚙️

In 3 intense workshop sessions, we decided to:

→ Use the homepage to explain the product more generally & explain the 3 "Core Engines" of shipzero & build trust
→ Link to dedicated landing pages for both ICPs very early on that page, to bring users to the page that is the closest to their needs
→ Have an ICP toggle on the pricing page to provide a clear overview to both ICPs

Once the strategic website foundation was done, we also made sure the rest is on fleek:

👉 New website strategy with a clear navigation and content structure
👉 Refined messaging that finally represents Shipzero as it truly is
👉 Fresh design system that brings the brand and product to life
👉 Product visuals that tell the story at a glance
👉 Component-based Webflow setup — the team is now fully independent
👉 No more dev bottlenecks. The site is a true marketing asset now 🙌
