How to structure a website for a B2B SaaS company with two pretty different ICPs? 🤔

That's been our main question when strategically planning the shipzero website ⚙️

In 3 intense workshop sessions, we decided to:

→ Use the homepage to explain the product more generally & explain the 3 "Core Engines" of shipzero & build trust
→ Link to dedicated landing pages for both ICPs very early on that page, to bring users to the page that is the closest to their needs
→ Have an ICP toggle on the pricing page to provide a clear overview to both ICPs

Once the strategic website foundation was done, we also made sure the rest is on fleek:

👉 New website strategy with a clear navigation and content structure
👉 Refined messaging that finally represents Shipzero as it truly is
👉 Fresh design system that brings the brand and product to life
👉 Product visuals that tell the story at a glance
👉 Component-based Webflow setup — the team is now fully independent
👉 No more dev bottlenecks. The site is a true marketing asset now 🙌

An das Geld, das der Kunde bezahlen muss.

Und manchmal denkst du:  
Es fühlt sich so an, als würdest du ihm gerade etwas wegnehmen.

Ich denke bei Pricing an Angst.

Angst, jetzt zu investieren, mit dem Gedanken:

„Was, wenn sich das nicht auszahlt?“

Wenn ein Kunde von Beginn an am Limit kalkuliert,  
wird aus jedem Auftrag eine Wette.

Und auf Wetten baut man kein Business auf.  
Weil dort kein Vertrauen entsteht.  
Nur Kontrolle.

Du merkst das an Kleinigkeiten:

Kannst du mir kurz noch …?

Schickst du mir mal ein Update?

Warum dauert das so lange?

Das ist selten böse gemeint.  
Das ist ein Nervensystem auf Alarm.

Und du kannst das mit mehr Fleiß selten gewinnen.

Fakt ist:  
Ein klarer, selbstbewusster Preis ist kein Aufschlag.  
Er ist Führung.

Mehr Ruhe.  
Mehr Vertrauen.  
Mehr Platz für richtig gute Arbeit.

Woran merkst du am schnellsten, dass ein Projekt zu knapp kalkuliert ist und du in die „Nachweis-Position“ rutschst?
