My fundamental why? I've spent 20 years doing one thing: helping brands be seen, and people adapt to change. Sales taught me commercial reality. Training taught me how adults learn. Digital transformation taught me adoption at scale. Content taught me audience building.

I stopped Googling things almost three years ago.
Not completely. But close.

Between Perplexity, Claude, and a handful of other tools, my entire workflow has changed. Not because I chased shiny objects — because each one solved a real problem.

Here's my current AI stack. If you're a creator, marketer, or communicator, you'll probably find a few worth stealing.

1. Perplexity — My default search engine. I've used it for almost 3 years now. The only time I Google something is when it's hyper-specific. For everything else, Perplexity answers faster and better.

2. Claude — My thought partner for the past 6 months. Research assistant. Writing partner. Strategic sounding board. It doesn't write for me — it thinks with me.

3. Claude Cowork + Code — Just getting into these, but they're about to become the core of my system. So much so that a few tools on this list might get replaced.

4. Gamma — Best AI presentation tool I've used. But honestly? I use it more for image generation. It connects to everything — NanoBanana, Ideogram, you name it — which makes it one of the easiest ways to create visuals fast.

5. Wispr Flow — Dictation on another level. I've written over 100,000 words with it. If you create any kind of content, this one's a no-brainer for your productivity.

6. Granola — The best AI meeting note-taker I've found, mainly because it's invisible. It sits in the background. No awkward bots joining your call. Plus it has a built-in AI you can ask things like "how clearly was I speaking?" — which is wild.

7. Notion — My second brain. Been using it long before AI was part of it. Now that it has AI built in — and agents here — it's getting more powerful by the month.

8. NanoBanana — My go-to for AI image creation. Easily one of the best models out there. Article images, infographics, social visuals. It handles all of it.

Here's the thing: tools don't matter without clarity on what you're building.

But once you have that clarity? The right tools make you 10x faster.
