I've got a simple thesis: when buyers are overwhelmed, they don't evaluate options. They default to who they already know and trust.

My approach: advisory, not agency. I design the system, coach your team, and guide implementation. You own the engine.

My fundamental why? I've spent 20 years doing one thing: helping brands be seen, and people adapt to change. Sales taught me commercial reality. Training taught me how adults learn. Digital transformation taught me adoption at scale. Content taught me audience building.

Danger Will Robinson! Be careful using Claude CoWork or any other type of agents you've given access to your files. This is an important public announcement that doesn't get mentioned very much...

...other than a side comment as a buried disclaimer. 

Most of the hype usage is focused on amazement at how these agents can now work with your files automatically. The "magic" pulls many people along with it where the user is quite oblivious to the invisible. Many might have just click on an "Accept" button ages ago to allow it to constantly access your files and folders without checking in.

Understand the tool fully and your vital role in its use.

The future of connecting to websites via agents will actually mean that most websites will try to prompt inject your agent from ads to influence, to malicious attacks where the majority of lay users will not have a clue what's going on before it's too late.

No one currently is teaching safe behaviours with agents in how to use these powerful AI tools that execute actions in the blink of an eye.

You have to make the effort to learn and understand it. There is no "undo" button.
