My story:
A few years ago, I asked myself: What do I actually want?
I realized I wanted authenticity, growth, and meaningful impact. So I stopped waiting for permission and reinvented myself.
Now I help mission-driven companies build thought leadership engines and content systems that drive demand. I coach mid-career professionals through their own reinventions. And I help leaders navigate the AI era without burning out.

What I bring:
For 20+ years, I've specialized in making complex ideas accessible and systematic — from building education programs for 12,000+ employees across 126 countries to growing social channels to 100k+ followers.

I believe professional reinvention should be systematic, not accidental.

ORAM - Organization for Refuge, Asylum & Migration

Volunteer position:
- Researched, and answered, email inquiries related to seeking asylum, refugee status, and LGBTIQ+ support around the world.
- Analysed two years worth of data to identify areas in which ORAM could develop tools to better support beneficiaries. Two reports for ORAM, analysing the success of the Help Line Account in fulfilling its aims and suggesting areas for improvement.

AEGEE / European Students'​ Forum

Participated in the 2020 Slovakian Parliamentary Elections as an Youth Election Observer with AEGEE, deployed in Košice. 

- Research project related to participation, involvement and engagement of youth in the 2020 Parliamentary Elections in Slovakia.
- OSCE/ODHIR E-Learning Course for Election Observers. 
- Deployed in Košice for Election Day: visited a number of polling stations to observe the opening, voting, and closing processes throughout the day, as well as the counting and tabulation processes later that evening.

Conducted an analysis on behalf of the University of Exeter's department for 'Student Employability and Academic Success'. Results and report went on to support the department's strategy.

Departmental Research for University of Exeter S.E.A.S 

Provided support to Student Employability and Academic Success (SEAS):

- Maintained webpages of online resources on Exeter University's Virtual Learning Environment.
- Created a new online course for SPRINT, a professional development programme for female university students. 
- Collected and analysed qualitative and quantitative data for reports.

- Conducted a research task into 'Sustainability' within degree programmes for the University's Sustainability Group. Produced a report which was presented at a meeting with the group and Education Executive.

Virtual Learning Environment Intern

Short-term placement at the Volunteering Service Overseas headquarters in London, learning about the operations behind various International Development projects and international volunteering schemes. 
- Participated in the volunteer selection process.
- Organized components of the volunteer online training course on the website.
- Managed company information using an Excel spreadsheet.
