• Led, advised and executed internal communications campaigns with senior executives, including, but not limited to, leadership meetings, speeches, videos, companywide town halls and regional employee events.
• Drove company goals by promoting consistent messages across all platforms (SharePoint intranet, videos, executive emails, employee newsletters, live events).
• Managed on-call crisis communications as a Deputy Public Information Officer

Internal Communications Manager

• Developed and executed employee-focused strategic engagement campaigns including the company Vision rollout.
• Managed and maintained content calendar focused on key strategic priorities.
• Developed and oversaw internal communications assets, including talking points, scripts, videos, presentations, Q&As, briefing documents and fact sheets.

•	Managed social advertising campaigns for promotion of programs and in support of company goals, including development of work scope, budget, schedule, resource requirements, selection of consultants and design.
•	Served as Deputy Public Information Officer in response to sensitive or crisis management incidents and providing 24-hour communications response during emergency/crisis situations.
•	Moderated SoCalGas' social media community on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Senior Advisor - Social Media Marketing

• Executed marketing campaigns for Aliso Canyon facility, utilizing direct mail, email, and paid social media tactics.
• Led campaigns such as the 20th anniversary communications campaign at the Energy Resource Center facility by developing refreshed exterior signage, interior banners, and posters as well as coordinate the creation and utilization of promotional materials for event.

Marketing Communications Advisor

•	Developed communication and advocacy materials for internal and external stakeholders, including PowerPoint presentations and Word documents.
•	Supported rollout of natural gas advocacy plan “Pathways” to key stakeholders, including federal, state, and regional government agencies.
•	Maintained Environmental Policy & Solutions department SharePoint and made updates as necessary.
