My story:
A few years ago, I asked myself: What do I actually want?
I realized I wanted authenticity, growth, and meaningful impact. So I stopped waiting for permission and reinvented myself.
Now I help mission-driven companies build thought leadership engines and content systems that drive demand. I coach mid-career professionals through their own reinventions. And I help leaders navigate the AI era without burning out.

For 20+ years, I've specialized in making complex ideas accessible and systematic — from building education programs for 12,000+ employees across 126 countries to growing social channels to 100k+ followers.

Head of Digital Communications & International Enablement

TE Connectivity

I lead a team of communicators to manage all our internal communications channels at TE (app, intranet, email, digital signage, etc.), promote the content on those channels to the right employee audiences, serve as a strategic advisor to executives, lead the ongoing planning and execution of TE's internal communications strategy, train and equip other communicators to reach their employees and lead other global communications initiatives.

Senior Manager, Communications

As a Communications Analyst at TE Connectivity I manage the publishing of content and information on myTE, the company's internal website. I support ownership of the overall visual design, site navigation, site content, employee engagement, and governance of myTE. In this role, I also advise and support intranet site collection owners in maintaining active SharePoint communities. I utilize the latest digital publishing tools for internal communications and leverage those tools across a wide variety of content and mediums. I partner with a range of global communicators to drive TE's editorial calendar, increase our news platform, and build employee engagement. In this position, I use a plethora of applications including, SharePoint, the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Bananatag email tracking, Scala video signage, and more!

Responsible for assisting and supporting 100+ end users both personally and remotely with various desktop, mobile, tablet, operating systems, and server issues. Help in implementing workstation roll-out projects and analyzing changes in the constantly expanding new technology world. Manage and update companies intranet site via Microsoft Sharepoint. Manage our companies secure client portal. Also, support marketing efforts by running live webinars, creating marketing materials, creating and editing videos, and updating the McKonly & Asbury website.
