Back in the office this week - and instead of setting resolutions, I’m thinking more about commitments and direction for 2026.


For me, and for Rocksteady, that looks like a few clear areas of focus.

🔹 First, visibility - sharing more of what we actually see working (and not working) inside agencies. Clear perspectives on finance, pricing, profitability, decision-making and growth. Practical, experience-led, and useful - not theoretical.

🔹 Alongside that, we’re continuing to build out the Rocksteady Way.
We already have strong systems and ways of working. This year is about refining them, documenting them properly, and making sure every agency we support gets a consistent, high-quality experience. Clarity for clients and our team.

🔹 We’re also investing heavily in team culture.
We’re a mostly remote business, and that doesn’t take care of itself. Creating a great environment to work in - with trust, standards, and good communication - takes real effort. It’s a priority for me this year.

🔹 There’s also a big focus on knowledge sharing.
More webinars, more practical sessions, more honest conversations for agency owners who want to understand their numbers better and run more profitable businesses. 


🔹 Finally, I’m paying attention to space outside the business too. I neglected a lot of this last year. So this year, I’m looking at fitness, relationships, travel, and rest - not as rewards, but as part of how I want to work and lead.
