I had two calls this week with senior leaders.

It's the doubt that kills you.

But the longer I’ve been in business, 
the more I’ve realized -- it’s not about reach. 

It’s about depth.

The people who really matter:
→ The friend who reminds you to rest.
→ The partner who believes in you when results are slow.
→ The peer who tells you the truth, not what you want to hear.

I don’t have hundreds of friends on speed dial.
I have a handful of people who actually get it.

When things get hard, I can reach out to any one of them
and just be me.

No airs, no pretense. Just real.

“I’m struggling with this,” 
and know we’ll be met with truth, not judgment.

Some of my closest friends don’t even care about business.
They care about me.

And that keeps me grounded and grateful.

I'm also that person for them.
