People call me many names, but the 1 common thing that everyone describes me as is "calm" 

They say things like:
👉 Do you ever get angry?
👉 You always look so peaceful.
👉 How are you always this calm?

I've had people say things like: 
"You seem like the type of guy that if someone punched/slapped you in the face,  you wouldn't even react"

I wouldn't like to test that theory... 

BUT...

The truth is, I wasn't always this way. 

I used to carry so much anger inside me. 
People would always push me to the edge. 

I'd live with a constant underlying frustration.
And I could snap or explode at any moment.  

I'm not proud of how I behaved in those days:
🚩 I would yell at my team.
🚩 Swear at other drivers on the road.
🚩 And absolutley lose my sh** at my girlfriend. 

The trouble is... 
I was under so much pressure at the time. 

I was:
➡️ Working crazy hours. 
➡️ Struggling to get a good nights sleep. 
➡️ And had that feeling that I should be doing more.

On top of that, I would put more pressure on myself:
➡️ To be better. 
➡️ To earn more money. 
➡️  And still be there for everyone else.

The turning point wasn't pretty. 

The realisation that I can't keep living like this came with a breakdown on the living room floor and several evenings spent crying in the shower. 

But it was enough for me to take action. 

And from that place.
I discovered this magical thing called 'mindfulness'. 

Since then (almost 9 years ago) I have gone deep into understanding human behaviour, specifically around mindfulness, meditation and yoga to learn why we behave the way we do. 

I have read over 100 books on these topics, completed courses, attended workshops, I've even trained with yogis and lived with monks.

It's officially happening... for the 5th time! 

It was actually just over a year ago I launched this for the first time.

In 2018 I wanted to change my life, but then I wasted 4 years thinking about it... 

I knew something had to change.
But you know.... life wasn't too bad.

The career was going well. 
I was earning good money. 
My lifestyle was decent.

But on the inside.
Something just felt off.

I lacked passion and enthusiasm for life. 
And I just felt like i was lying to myself.

I had this voice in my head that kept saying:

"There must be more than this"

And

"Surely, I could be doing something more meaningful"

At the time, I didn’t ignore it.
But I didn’t act on it either.

Instead, I did what most people do.
😅 I read books.
😅 Watched videos.
😅 I thought about it.
😅 Listened to podcasts.

I even had long conversations about purpose and freedom.

Every now and again, I would feel inspired…
There were moments where I was about to change everything.

But then Monday would come.
And I was back in it.

🚩 The Work. 
🚩 The Comfort.
🚩 The Responsibilities. 

And life would go back to normal.

I wanted to change.
I really did. 

But it felt scary.
Almost impossible. 

People around me thought my ideas were unrealistic.
They only wanted the best for me.
So I waited.

And that “thinking phase” lasted 4 years.

👉 4 years of knowing something wasn’t aligned.
👉 4 years of telling myself “maybe next year.”
👉 4 years of imagining a different life.

Until 1 day, I finally realised. 
That the only thing stopping me.... was me. 

So in 2022 I finally made the decision I’d been thinking about since 2018.

I stopped waiting for certainty.
And started moving.
➡️ Not perfectly.
➡️ Not with a plan.
➡️ Just one step at a time.

Looking back now, the biggest lesson I learnt wasn’t about strategy or career.

It was that we don’t fail because we make the wrong decision.
We fail because we get stuck standing on the edge of our potential. 

Since then I have completely transformed my life:
✅ I've built an online business so I can work from anywhere in the world. 
✅ I travel to beautiful places with friends and my amazing girlfriend. 
✅ And I help others find alignment in life and business.

I actually just created a 6-step journey for one of my clients. 
Which will take him from 'a potential idea' to 'living a life of purpose' in less than 12 weeks.

When I left London in 2022, I was searching for 1 thing... 

Freedom. 

I actually thought it was the online business that would bring me that. 

And yes. 
That was partly true.

Because it gave me: 
✅ Flexibility. 
✅ An online income.
✅ And the ability to only work on things I loved doing.

But the thing that actually gave me freedom. 
Wasn't the time, the money or the enjoyment. 

It was the person I had to become in order to build that business.

Maybe that sounds cliche... 

But even now... 
After building for 4 years. 

I am still faced with the same internal challenges:
🚩 Questioning if I'm good enough
🚩 The fear of being judged by others
🚩 Overthinking and second-guessing decisions

But the difference is that today... 
I show up differently.

When I question my path.

When I feel the fear.
👉 I calm my nervous system, and I move through it.

When I notice the hestitation and doubts.
👉 I trust myself and move forward.

This didn't happen over night. 

It took me:
➡️ 156 weeks of unlearning my patterns. 
➡️ 36 Months of reprogramming my mind. 
➡️ And 3 years of retraining my nervous system.

But I realised, it doesn't have to take this long. 

And in fact, in just 5-days, for less than 15mins per day.

But this isn't unique. 

In fact, it seems to be a common theme from people that work with me.

The funny thing is, most my clients spent their whole life believing that: 
🚩 Pushing harder = More clients

🚩 Never slowing down = Greater income

But after working together...

Every week used to be the same for me.

I was incredibly disciplined:

Dog walk.
Daily gym. 
Meditation. 
Protein shake.
Full days work. 
A healthy dinner.
One netflix episode.
And then read before bed.

Constant self-development was key for me.

Because if you’re not moving forward.

Weekends were filled with drinks.
And fancy dinners with friends.

Life on paper looked great:

✅ I stopped over-thinking. 
✅ And started trusting myself. 

Within 4 weeks, I 6x'd my income. 

Clients kept coming. 
New ideas were flowing. 

The more I let go. 
The more opportunities came. 

I did what every business coach told me not to do. 

I launched a group program. 
I didn't do sales calls. 

And it sold out 🤯 

Not because of some strategy. 
But because I fully backed myself.

How I'm using identity and nervous system work to scale my business.

My business used to be incredibly inconsistent.

One month things were flowing.
The next month, everything slowed down.

Some months opportunities kept appearing.
And during others, it felt like nothing was happening.

Logically it didn’t make sense.
I was using the same system, the same process, and the same offer.

But as time went on.
I realised something interesting.

My nervous system was all over the place.

I was calm one moment.
Then I was chaotic in the next.

Focused and locked in one day.
Then overthinking and spiralling the next.

After a lot of inner work and deep self-reflection.
It became very clear that my income wasn’t random.

It was simply reflecting my internal state.

So instead of doing what I'd always done in the past. Which was: 
🚩 Overanalyse all the specific details.
🚩 Trying to optimise the strategy.
🚩 And continue to push harder.

I did something different.

I locked into a future identity and asked myself:

Who is the version of me that has consistent income?
❤️ What are his characteristics?
❤️ What are his priorities?
❤️ What are his habits?

And most importantly:
❤️ How regulated is his nervous system?

Because I realised... someone operating with that level of consistency isn’t constantly overthinking, hesitating, or doubting themselves.

He’s steady.
Present.
Clear.

So instead of chasing more tactics…

I started focusing on becoming the person who can hold that level of business.
👉 More calm.
👉 More self-trust.
👉 More consistency.

Because business growth isn’t just about strategy.
It’s about capacity.

And your nervous system determines how much success you can actually hold and sustain.

I thought it was a good thing because it brought results. 

But after hitting burnout. 
Spending 8 years recreating my life.

But underneath, you're afraid that if you don't keep going, it will all fall apart.

I was pushing for the pay rise.
It was the logical next step.

But I remember thinking… "does it really make a difference?"

Would another £20k, £50k, £100k finally bring the peace I was searching for?

I already had the success that was supposed to make me happy.
🏆 The title.
💼 The income.
✈️ The lifestyle.

But when the noise settled… 
When I was alone with my thoughts…

---> 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐨𝐟𝐟.

👉 I should have felt happy.
👉 I should have felt fulfilled.
👉 I should have been able to switch off and enjoy the life I’d built.

But my mind never stopped.
🔄 There was always another goal. 
🔄 Another level to reach.
🔄 Another decision. 

And beneath it all, that question haunted me:
"𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠?"

I tried everything we’re taught will work:
📈 Achieving more.
📚 Learning more.
📅 Keeping busy.
🏋️‍♂️ Getting fitter. 

But no matter how much I did…
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.

The ones where there was no distraction…
Where it was just me and my thoughts…
I couldn’t escape the feeling.

It was like running on autopilot.
Constantly chasing something I couldn’t name.

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐢𝐧…
😨 What if I work this hard and still never feel at peace?
😨 What if I never figure it out?
😨 Is this all there is to life?

I didn’t realise it at the time.
But I wasn’t searching for another milestone.

𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞.
✨ The version of me who knew peace.
✨ The one who fully trusted himself.
✨ Who felt connected and fulfilled.

I was fed up of having to prove, strive, or overthink my way through life.
Never allowing myself to switch-off and just relax.
Always chasing. Never arriving.

I share this because I know I’m not the only one who’s felt this way.

How I stay calm under pressure, even in uncertain times...

And how you can too... 

Most people I speak to are under a lot of pressure. 
And I understand, because I lived that life.

But over the past 4 years.
I learnt how to live life in a different way... 

Not only while under a lot of pressure. 
But also whilst navigating a life of uncertainty. 

For context:
➡️  I move country every 2-3 months.
➡️  I work across 7 different time zones.
➡️  I'm scaling my online coaching business.
➡️  And supporting the growth of an eco-village in Portugal.

This is all out of choice by the way. 
I absolutely love my life. 

I travel the world with my amazing partner (Miss Blue Eyes).
And we now have friends all around the world. 

But people often say... 

"ooh it must be unsettling moving all the time"
"it must be exhausting always changing time zones"
"i bet it takes you ages to feel grounded and get back into your routine" 

And they're not wrong. 

But the truth is... 
I do all of this without stress, pressure or overwhelm. 

I'm always calm.
My mind is clear. 
And my body is relaxed. 

So over the last few months, I've been building and putting together a guide called: 

"How I stay calm under pressure... even when life is uncertain"

This was the 1st time I've run my group program...
