I’m 39. A founder. I travel the world with my girlfriend, Miss Blue Eyes. And work 2-4 hours per day on my business.

Every day looks different for me… 
👉 I wake up when the sun rises (5, 6, 8am… doesn’t matter)
👉 I'll sit on the terrace or by the pool to meditate

But in those months:
✅ I switched the frustration into focus
✅ I flipped pressure into peace
✅ I turned the chaos into calm

And a few months later… something shifted.

A new idea arrived out of nowhere:
To record live meditations.

No strategy.
No expectation.
Just pure alignment.

Over the next few weeks:
✅ I built a small online community
✅ I got offered a contract as a meditation teacher
✅ I started attracting in-person one-to-one clients

And with every aligned action, a new door opened:
→ A chance to work at a breathwork centre
→ Referrals coming from all angles
→ And an idea for a digital product

But the biggest shift...
→ I stopped overthinking.
→ I stopped second-guessing.
→ And I stepped into a new identity.

Opportunities, clients, and money. 
They all started arriving with ease.

But this isn’t a “success story.”

It’s a reminder:
That success isn’t about hustling harder.
It’s about slowing down enough to get clarity. 

Because pushing isn’t the only way.

It’s like dragging a heavy log up a treacherous path…
While the river beside you is already flowing exactly where you want to go.

Sometimes the best way forward
Is simply letting it float.

But after a few deep conversations, he realised something:

It wasn’t strategy holding him back.

So we worked through it using my ‘Breathe to Feel’ technique.
Something I teach every new client.

And through that:

- Not more planning.

It was 8:36pm when I noticed a shadow run across the wall…

I didn’t think much of it.
Probably another gecko 🦎
I love watching those little guys running around the walls.

Plus, I was mid-conversation with our newest team member… deep in work mode.

But then… it happened again.

I looked up and almost launched myself out of the chair as a giant spider came sprinting towards my desk.

Wow 😳

Biggest spider I’ve ever seen.
At least 4 inches wide.
(No exaggeration)

I ran into the other room with my laptop to finish the call, and then went back to assess the situation.

As a yogi, I practice non-harm.
So killing it wasn’t an option.

So there I was…
An empty box in one hand.
A short broom in the other.

Miss Blue Eyes behind me, creating a makeshift barricade with yoga mats and pillows to stop it escaping into the bedroom.

Both our hearts pounding as I searched the corners of the office, trying to locate this ninja-level spider 🥷 

And in that moment I realised something:

There are two ways to approach situations like this:

A. Stressed, overthinking, second-guessing your strategy

OR

B. Calm, grounded, confident, trusting you’ll handle whatever comes up

So I chose option B.

A quick sweep with the brush.
A smooth capture with the box.
And one safely relocated spider back into the wild.

But here’s the insight:

Most people live their entire life in Group A.

Always under pressure.
Constant mental noise.
Never enough time.

But life doesn’t have to be lived that way.

When you shift into Group B…

Where your mind is calm.
Your energy is steady.

And you trust yourself, everything becomes easier:

It’s 12:46pm on a Saturday afternoon… 

My body softens as I listen to the sounds around me.

Birds singing 
Gentle music playing

I look around… 

I see rice fields, a mix of trees, and mountains in the background. 

The people around me are reading, drawing or just looking into nature. 

I ask myself: 

What is this life I’ve created?
