My specialization is in SANS 16001:2013 Wellness and Disease Management in the Workplace. I am an Outcome and Impact focused Workplace Wellbeing & Psychological Health Strategist and Risk Assessor - I assess, design and manage Wellbeing Strategies for businesses as well as implement these strategies and ensure their correct management level is maintained for maximum value to the business.

ETC provided Wellness and Disease Management services to workplaces. I managed a team of 8 employees, conducted audits on organisations workplace programmes, facilitated Wellness and Disease Management courses, developed and analysed KABP surveys and comprehensive health risk assessments.

My goal is to simplify the complexities of mental health and help you implement solutions that are practical, impactful, and measurable.

I’ve worked across industries and geographies, from corporate boardrooms to frontline teams, and I specialise in tailoring strategies to fit each organisation's unique culture and needs.

My Approach:
I believe in meeting organisations where they are, not where they “should” be. Mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. Instead of offering off-the-shelf solutions, I take the time to understand your culture, challenges, and goals, and then tailor recommendations that are sustainable and realistic.

By focusing on integration rather than redesign, I help businesses create systems where mental health and wellbeing become a natural extension of their operations. It’s about making small, meaningful changes that add up to significant long-term results. Good mental health is the DNA of every flourishing organisation. 


I met Andrew Price  from Initial IT at the BBE Immersive, and he is easy to talk with calm, thoughtful, and good at letting you finish a sentence which says a lot in a busy business event.
