I am an Outcome and Impact focused Workplace Wellbeing & Psychological Health Strategist and Risk Assessor - I assess, design and manage Wellbeing Strategies for businesses as well as implement these strategies and ensure their correct management level is maintained for maximum value to the business.

By focusing on integration rather than redesign, I help businesses create systems where mental health and wellbeing become a natural extension of their operations. Assessing, moderating and carrying out quality control of qualifications portfolios in accordance with company procedures and meeting awarding body standards / maintaining records to meet Ofsted requirements for audit purposes.

Key Skills Assessor/Moderator

Managed and coordinated a team of support staff in Essex/London. I ensured record keeping tracked learner progress and qualification completion in line with targets/deadlines and flagged and monitored up possible delays to staff who could then implement corrective processes. Taught, assessed and verified Communication, Application of Number, Information Technology, Administration and Customer Service. Liaison with awarding bodies such as RSA and City & Guilds to ensure standards were adhered to, audit requirements were met, and policy was kept up to date in line with guidelines.

Essential Skills Coordinator

Developing I.T. training programme for to 14 to 19-year-olds; produced targeted training materials, assessed evidence and reviewed progress against standard and timescales recording results on a departmental database . Set up and assessed Customer Service NVQ Level 2 programme and supported tutors/learners in developing their Key Skills.
