Today I’m very excited to share the next evolution of Aspireship, beginning with our new partnership with ADP!

Many of you know Aspireship as the go-to place to upskill your teams, or the catalyst to help someone from outside the tech industry learn the ropes before taking on their first role in the industry.

All of the above is still true, but starting today, Aspireship expands beyond skills training. Now companies under 250 employees can access the same premium health benefits as large enterprises, at more affordable rates*, while also upskilling their teams at no cost.

Why this direction and why now?

Over the last two years, we’ve seen how impactful it can be to enable a path for companies to train their teams without access to a training budget. Many of our company partners have described it as a “gift”.

But as we’ve watched great people develop their skills and stretch to meet the greater demands of expanded roles and responsibilities, we’ve also seen the strain of the current environment weighing on people behind the scenes.

Life is more expensive. Work expectations are rising. Stress and anxiety are on the rise, and job security feels like a thing of the past.

It got us thinking… what if we could be more than an upskilling partner to companies who really care about developing their people. What if, instead, we could become a true partner to companies that helps them get access to everything they need to grow a company with highly skilled, healthy and happy employees, without growing expenses.

Through high impact partnerships like this one, we’re making this possible today, while also expanding our ability to offer free skills training to more companies.
