As part of this excellent professional services firm, I came alongside businesses as a trusted advisor to help them ensure they met their goals and objectives through leveraging a customized digital solution. In addition to my primary role, I also created new programs and efficient tools for the sales department. I accomplished this in several ways:

-Grew and maintained channel partner relationships with inside sales and regional sales directors nationwide
-Managed and expanded business with key existing clients to drive $300,000 of revenue
-Drove the full sales cycle for all new CRM (SugarCRM) prospect accounts
-Configured 25 CRM demos for C-suite and end-users applicable to critical business needs
-Developed Highland’s first Discovery Question Template by listening critically to prospects’ business case in order to determine the right technology and implementation
-Revamped Highland’ implementation proposals and statements of work for services ranging between $25,000-$500,000
-Drafted and executed Highland’s first onboarding program for all new sales reps

Served in two separate locations within in 12 month period in order to create new programs, drive efficiencies, and provide leadership to staff and volunteer teams. 

Mars Hill Downtown Seattle: 
- Directed reorganization of Counseling Department. 
- Restructured the department to 5 division heads overseeing 100 volunteers. 
- Planned and executed a 2-day event of 60 volunteer counseling leaders across 6 different churches.

Mars Hill West Seattle: 
- Directed 42 Community Team Leaders comprised of 480 adults across 32 sq. mi. 
- Implemented “one role, one purpose” strategy for each group leader improving health and focus.
- Created leadership pipeline to identify and train new talent which grew to 15 individuals in 2 months.
- Spoke to 5-350 adults at least once a month and wrote blogs once a quarter viewed by 100-1000 people.

Strategy Director

Served as Executive Director at one of Mars Hill Church's 14 locations. Provided staff oversight and development, strategic change development and implementation, volunteer recruitment, organization, and training, budget management. Some highlights include:

- Managed all daily operations, including our annual budget of $720,000 and 27,000 sq. ft. facility
- Reduced expenses by 42% in 12 months
- Planned and executed $47K building improvement project
- Led 6 direct reports
- Directed weekly services of 550 adults (avg.), 60 children, & 100 volunteers

Began as a researcher for Docent, which provides high quality customized research to churches across America. Promoted to a client relationship manager within six months of being hired.

- Researched and developed high quality material for 11 clients throughout the United States
- Managed 3 clients with weekly reach ranging from 2,000 to 25,000 people
- Increased quality of research from C- to A according to client's feedback

Trinity International University

Worked in the mailroom and increased efficiency by roughly 50%. As a result, was able to use 50% of time to recruit prospective students. Began seeing the need for a stronger social media presence in recruiting and a role was created for me. Was given creative freedom to design, launch, and implement a new social media strategy for the graduate school.

- Increased mailroom efficiency by 50% 
- Increased social media presence by 200% in relaunch of Facebook page and Twitter handle

Social Media Coordinator

Launched several affinity-based groups, including Destino (Latino students) and Impact (African-American students). Additionally, launched a website, EveryGator.com, and engaged weekly with international students by teaching English through reading the Bible. Some highlights include:

- Spoke to groups as large as 500 adults at least once a quarter
- Raised $30,000 annually for salary
	- Managed 75 person donor base
	- Developed 5-10 new donors a year
	- 85% monthly donations, 15% large annual gifts
	- Received $500 award to run marketing campaign for launch of EveryGator.com
	- Recruited and led 150 volunteers for campaign
	- Human domino promotion for site viewed nearly 13,000 times
