By introducing in-house pre-sales programs and KPI trackers, we've significantly reduced costs and streamlined the enablement process. My leadership in sales training has empowered over 400 global sellers, saving the company upwards of $800,000 and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

✅️ Q3 2023 ServiceNow Global Opperations "GO Award" recipient
✅️ Developed Global Sales Onboarding that reduced ramp time by 25%. 900+ EIC sales reps have gone through the program with a 90 NPS rating Globally
✅️ Launch ServiceNow’s first in-house Pre-Sale Prospecting Program. Developed and launched in 3 months leading a global tiger team.
✅️ Coached low-performing sales reps with a 85%  promotion rate.
✅️ Worked cross-functionally with Sales Directors and first-line managers running gap analysis and manager training

Some might look at this picture and see a pile of packing materials headed for the trash.

I see an airplane my sons and I are going to build when I get back from this trip to Atlanta!

The past two months have been… a season.

We kicked off the global rollout of our new sales methodology at Intuit — a meaningful, high-energy push across teams and regions. 

Big lift. Big responsibility. Big momentum.

It’s been full speed.

This week, I finally had space to recalibrate.

Because here’s what I’m learning:
Life isn’t about balance.
It’s about seasons.
There are seasons to build at scale.
To lead transformation.
To stay in the air a little longer than expected.

And there are seasons to land the plane, sit on the floor, and build something that won’t show up on a dashboard.

The cardboard will eventually be recycled.

The time building with my boys won’t.
Both matter...

The key is knowing which season you’re in — and being fully present in it.

This International Women’s Day feels very personal.

When I zoom out on my career — every leap, reinvention, and “what am I doing?” moment — there’s a clear pattern:
A strong woman believed in me before the results did.

Mom Arceli Harvey — You were my first investor (yes, the lemonade and shaved ice stand in the driveway). You supported every ambitious — and sometimes unrealistic — idea. When I made the hard call to walk away from medicine and pursue medical device sales, you helped me reframe my story, sharpen my confidence, and walk into interviews owning my value — even when I felt underqualified. Mom you didn’t just back the dream, you built the resilience behind it.

Melodie Coburn — You saw potential where my résumé showed gaps. My move from sales into sales enablement wasn’t obvious. I didn’t have the traditional tech sales background. On paper, it was a stretch. Mel you bet on transferable skills and upside. That bet launched me into a space where I found real purpose: building and enabling world-class sellers. Sometimes all it takes is one leader willing to say, “I see it.”

Sara Kwan — You met me during one of the toughest seasons of my career. Being laid off tests your confidence in ways you don’t expect. I interviewed for a role beyond my experience and didn’t get it. Instead of closing the loop, you created a new role to bring me onto your team. That level of belief changed me. It raises my ceiling. It maked me want to outperform my own expectations.

and my wife Brittany Harvey — the first person to ever see the potential in me. You followed me to Minneapolis for a promotion and supported multiple failed business ideas without hesitation. You hold down our home and raises our two incredible boys while I travel more and you are my constant, my sounding board, and the steady force behind every risk I’ve taken.

I was in my feels writing this — and it just so happened to be today.

Behind every major transition in my life has been a woman who chose belief over doubt.
