As a proud Latina with over 15 years of experience leading Customer Success and Growth teams across high-tech startups, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my heritage and professional journey. My background as an Industrial Engineer and current pursuit of an MBA provides me with the strategic and analytical skills necessary for scaling businesses and identifying market fit.

As a member of the Women in Robotics community, I am dedicated to empowering women in tech and mentoring fellow Latinas to pursue careers in STEM. Single mom.
Dog.
Sick child.
No reliable cleaning services in my area.
So of course… I bought a robot vacuum.

My old one broke, and I thought: This is exactly what robots are for.
Help me while I’m working. Remove one thing from my mental load.

I turn it on.
I’m excited.
Twenty minutes later: “Please clean the brushes.”
Okay, fine.
Five minutes later: “Please clean the brushes.”
Five minutes later… again.

And I’m on back-to-back calls all day thinking:
Is this helping me? Or did I just add another job to my to-do list?

This is the part we don’t talk about enough in #robotics.
#Technology is supposed to reduce friction — not create micro-interruptions that drain you all day.

If a robot requires constant babysitting, it’s not #autonomy

If your support team has to operate 24/7 because customers are always troubleshooting, that’s not scale — that’s margin erosion.

As someone deeply involved in robotics and humanoid adoption, I believe this:
-Adoption doesn’t fail because of hardware.
-It fails because of experience.
If your #robot makes life harder than grabbing a broom and doing it manually… users will quietly go back to the broom.

Robotics will win when the experience feels invisible.
When it truly removes cognitive load.
When it works — without needing me every five minutes.
