I pinpoint the specific patterns of interference that keep overriding that design, and we clear them.



Nothing is "wrong" with you.

The strategy, the role, the way you've been operating, it was built on top of a version of you that no longer exists.



What shifts when that gets corrected:



Decisions become final instead of recycled.

Misaligned roles, offers, or partnerships get shut down without guilt.

Effort drops, but momentum doesn't. Leadership gets simpler instead of heavier.



I learned this through lived consequence, not theory.



I lost my home, my partner, and my direction in the same chapter of life. Clarity stopped being a luxury. It became structural.



Today I do this work inside The Akashic 5D Experience💫, a private 3-session, 30-day intensive for leaders who are done second-guessing and ready to operate from who they actually are.

Even as a baby-boomer, my life and traditional expectations never quite lined up.

And honestly, I stopped trying to make them fit years ago.

I didn't get officially married. 
I didn't have children. 
I moved out at eighteen.

All choices. 

I discovered who I actually was much later than most people think is acceptable.

Eventually, I became empowered by all of it.

It wasn't easy. 
It wasn't simple. 
It certainly wasn't what anyone would call orthodox.

But it happened.

I was with my partner for over 22 years. 
The only traditional part? 
Till death do us part.

Everything else about my life fell outside what society considers normal.

Here's what I know now: 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 and unrealistic.

Your life probably doesn't fit the mold either. 
So what if it doesn't?

Does that somehow make you less valuable?
Less worthy?

We spend so much time in our heads, questioning our choices and outcomes based on other people's biases and opinions.

We measure ourselves against standards that were never ours to begin with.

My advice to anyone struggling with this, and my advice to my younger self, remains the same:

Forget the chatter.

Forget the opinions.

Forget the stereotypes.

Do you. 

Whatever that looks like.


𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗱𝗮𝘆. 


Looking at this montage of me throughout the years, I see a woman who refused to apologize for her choices. 

That strapless jumper from 2009? 
Still have and still wear it at 62. 

𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This is what happens when you stop living according to someone else's script.

You get to write your own. 
You get to decide what matters and what doesn't.

You stop apologizing for the life you've built.

𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝗻𝗼𝘄. 

I know what my life means, regardless of how it compares to anyone else's version of success or happiness.

That clarity didn't come from following the rules. 
It came from breaking them, surviving the aftermath, and realizing I was still standing.

So here's my question for you: 
Do you base your decisions on what others think?

Are you living your life or performing someone else's idea of what your life should be?

Because there's a difference. 
And once you feel that difference, you can't unfeel it.

What would change if you stopped asking for approval?
