I remember when I got my first job. More than nerves or even excitement, the number one emotion? Gratitude.

Cause here’s the thing. Any job we get is a big deal but that VERY first job we get? Or at least the ones early in our career?

Those managers saw something in us. 
They took a chance on us. 
They believed in us.

And that means something.

Work can be hard, stressful and demanding for everyone.

Now, this doesn’t mean being a pushover, agreeing with everyone, or having toxic positivity. Not at all. 

It means that you lift each other up. That you kindly support each other AND pushback in a thoughtful way when needed. That you look for the best in others to come up with solutions.
