My professional background as an attorney includes current experience as acting fiduciary for Family Offices and corporate clients; earlier career as In-House Counsel for TVN Entertainment, where I successfully negotiated numerous licensing contracts for Entertainment industry entities and events, as well as a broad range of Employment, Trademark, Copyright, M&A, Services, and Digital Media content agreements. 

My professional expertise and commitment is to grow business through savvy negotiation of sustainable agreements. The hallmark of my career is an ability to drive sales revenue growth and to quickly become a top company-wide producer—and to help entire organizations to align their messaging with the stated mission and evolve selling programs and brands—to increase mindshare.

I have repeatedly leveraged my knowledge of the Law to help organizations become more risk averse and compliant. How to convey technical jargon in relatable terms. How to listen to the client, respond to their needs, and deliver messaging that inspires engagement and actionable decisions.   

Across a 20+ year career, I have been able to:

***Negotiate multiple multi-million-dollar business agreements for a mid-size corporate client based in Burbank, California

*** Provide expertise as Fiduciary and Power of Attorney.  Successfully partnered with Seattle and Bay Area developers, homebuilders, realtors and landlords

***Earn multiple President’s Club honors and Circle of Excellence awards for being a top companywide producer
