I also worked with an auditor to ensure compliance, investigated issues of potential fraud and potential money-laundering. I completed trainings on AML, fraud, cybersecurity, CTRs, and SARs.

­   Set up processes, SOPs, and trainings for managing and reviewing home equity loans.
­   Helped conduct internal audits and reviewed findings pertaining to home equities – achieved zero wrong/incorrect loans. 
­   Researched and presented benchmarks on best practices for new title company.
