• Create high fidelity design and functional prototype for the new Navigation Sidebar shell, which operates throughout Safework Dashboard, by utilizing new components, typography, and icons
• Update main existing pages by applying modern design and research metric, forecasting product engagement to increase from 44.9% to 70.0% by the end of year

• Optimized a brand-agnostic version of an insurance sales platform while utilizing a design system including typography and components
• Collaborated with Senior User Experience Designers to enhance multiple platforms that project positive business results
• Worked closely with our Senior Visual Designer to customize company illustrations for broader use
• Conducted user research and 12 A/B tests to analyze results while understanding the needs of our
audience and bringing those insights to life through our products and initiatives
