As the Marketing and Events Manager, I work very closely with our suppliers in Europe and USA to get a strong understanding of their brand and products in order to develop successful integrated marketing campaigns in Australia to help them make a name for themselves in very competitive industries.

Key responsibilities:
•	Develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company strategy and brand image.
•	Manage marketing budget and negotiations with agencies and suppliers.
•	Set up KPIs for post-campaign ROI analysis.
•	Lead digital marketing efforts, executing integrated campaigns through email marketing, social media, and Google Ads.
•	Execute traditional marketing campaigns through industry print publications, TV reports, and radio ads.
•	Develop press releases, web content, product updates.
•	Create marketing collateral, overseeing design and content for weekly and monthly newsletters, brochures, ads, posters, leaflets, and pull-up banners.
