As the owner of my own coaching business, I have helped hundreds of remote professionals build healthy habits, fall in love with a process, surpass personal goals, and grow into the best version of themselves, all while losing weight and gaining muscle. I leverage my background in medical anthropology, psychology, and social science to understand the needs, challenges, and motivations of my clients, and to create personalized and effective programs for them. Prior to becoming a coach, I was a National Account Executive at Vividly, a trade promotion management software for the consumer-packaged-goods industry. I was responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and closing deals with large accounts across multiple verticals. I also contributed to the company's rebranding from Cresicor to Vividly, creating and executing sales strategies, social media campaigns, content and copywriting, and lead generation. I am a quick learner, a hard worker, and a team player, always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
