In a short 11 months, played a key role in our ~60% increase in ARR during that time, over 1,000% increase in online reviews via G2 and Capterra, and have identified several expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting in the on-boarding of new customers and developing plans for their full and successful use of Driveroo. 

This includes monitoring their progress and working closely with them to expand usage, asset counts and use case applications within the company.

Regularly responding to issues and helping oversee resolution as an advocate for our customers. In addition, creating tools, videos and content to help customers make best practice use of Driveroo’s innovative Asset Inspection and Fleet Management platform.

The Summer Seminar at the United States Naval Academy offers a unique opportunity to get the Academy experience first-hand. Specially designed for high school juniors heading into their senior year, Summer Seminar is a recruiting program that allows participants to see themselves as a USNA cadet.  I was selected to attend session two for the Summer of 2016.  I learned a lot of valuable traits revolving around teamwork, leadership, and courage in that short week.

Presented by Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida in partnership with the Institute for Entrepreneurship at the Lutgert College of Business, CEO Academy is a selective one-week program that gives area high school students an introduction to starting and operating a new business. Activities are centered on economics, ethics, international trade, entrepreneurship, finance and marketing.

With the guidance of experienced local business leaders, entrepreneurs and FGCU professors, students work in project teams to develop a unique business concept and comprehensive business and marketing plan.

Our team finished in second place, each being awarded a $500 scholarship as a reward to a school of our choice.  Our mentor, Mike Pfeffer was an instrumental part of our team, and taught us a lot about business and developing/starting a business from the ground up in that short week.
