Won AdAge Viral Video Award for Most Viral Celebrity Spot.

Consulted on script and strategy for A.1. Sauce New Friend Requests viral video, garnered 1.3 million views. Grew Old Navy Facebook page from 2 to 8 million likes.

I created the first Mixed Martial Arts(MMA) Sporting Event Series/Promotion in Cache Valley, Utah, advertising on social media, print, interactive, events, radio, and TV, drawing crowds of 1,500+, now called Mountain Force MMA with dozens of events, 9 years running. It has grown to events in multiple cities in the Rocky Mountains region and is one of the main growing grounds for up and coming fighters, some of which have ended up in the UFC. In the beginning I handled all facets of the business myself- health insurance, bonds, licensing, media placements, PR, web development, sales, signing fighters and managing a 15 person staff at events. 
I Partnered with Olympic Gold Medalist Rulon Gardner for branding. We produced $52,000 in ticket sales, sold-out our venue, were on the front page of Herald Journal and Utah Statesman. 
I sold the promotion in August 2012 to focus on other endeavors.

I constructed a social media plan for an online quiz celebrating the web's 20th anniversary for visibility with potential clients. I developed a newsworthy story around the quiz and seeded it to bloggers, Twitter influencers, journalists, publications and researchers. 

My organic strategy led to 130,000 page views in 10 days with no media spend. This quiz assisted IQ Agency in being named a top 100 Social Media Agency by Forbes. 

It was featured by Chris Coyier (also tweeted) on CSS-Tricks.com, the Atlanta, Houston, Orlando and San Francisco Egotists, tweeted by Robert Scoble (200,000+ followers), featured on stumbleupon.com, 20kaido.com (Japan), elwebmaster.com, webdesignerdepot.com, efectosocial.net, and conecti.ca to name a few.

If you’ve been wanting to make videos on social media but haven’t been sure where to start, green screens could be a great way to go. I’ve done 15M views in 10 days this way. 

Curation is an interesting thing. 

I just very lazily started doing green screen reels on Instagram about random stuff I’m interested in, and by random, I mean very niche, something you would never think other people would be interested in. 

And all I did was say something about it, nothing valuable or insightful, literally just, “this is cool, check this out” type commentary. 

The strategy was making 5-7 trial reels a day, which go to the general public and not my own followers, and I’d post the top 1 or 2. 

This has taken me about 20 minutes a day total of effort. 

15 million views in 10 days on Instagram and Facebook. 

Then I tested some reels about my talking about this very random niche stuff that we did at our hotel OutpostX and right out the gate two reels got over 700k on Instagram and TikTok. 

Getting 2k followers a day on Instagram now, going from 83k to 109k. 

My Facebook went from 12k followers to 48k .

All those trial reels on Instagram automatically cross post to Facebook and I’m getting paid $30 - $800 per post there now, on content that is not mine that I’m just reposting and talking about. 

It feels strange and honestly makes no sense to me, but I think it’s creating a platform to talk about the build story at OutpostX, which is exciting. 

I think the reason it’s working is because most people work laptop jobs and have a fantasy of building physical things that are creative in nature. The niche is basically creative building and art projects, usually sculpture-oriented art, most specifically foam based large scale work and wall surfaces. There’s a DIY element happening here as well, talking about things that most people can do on a budget with a little practice. 

Some influencer agencies reached out and I signed with one that’s shopping $10k deals. 

We’ve also closed investment on building out multiple cave villas at OutpostX which happen to be base pre fab units we are covering in EPS foam and cement to give them that Santorini-Tatooine aesthetic, so I’ll be making videos about that as well. 

Making green screens about whatever you’re interested in might be the easiest way to get started making content right now.

    -Your algorithm shows you what you’re interested in, the more you green screen those the more you’ll organically see. Save all the videos you see, only talk about ones that are already viral- 500k* views with lots of shares

Click camera button
    -Two fingers drag your beautiful head to the lower left corner 

When publishing select trial reels
    -This only shows to non followers so it takes the worry out of if it’s good. 

Make 5 trial reels a day and only post the top 1 or 2

Raising for our jungle trading post OutpostX project soon and I need to infiltrate the Dorado network to help them be proper jungle boys and girls. 

There’s cascading waterfalls bordering the property, we’re up the hill from Rincon the surf capital of the Caribbean, we’re irrigating a food forest with steam generators to create a cloud forest, light projection mapping making the forest surreal and alive, have planted cacao and plantain, weaving tree nets throughout, walking trails among the bamboo forests, we have treehouses built in mango trees, a 1993 Safari Humvee, rock hot tubs, I could go on! 

It’s pretty spectacular.
