I am an accomplished executive turned entrepreneur focused on accelerating innovation between growth ventures and large corporations. As Founder of Alchemy Crew Ventures, I run R&D and adoption labs for Fortune 500 companies to evaluate, collaborate with, and adopt cutting-edge technologies from tech ventures. To make this happen, I also run leadership development masterminds with industry leaders and influencer marketing programs with big tech and small tech. With my team, I have accelerated over 150 ventures and sourced 50,000 startups globally. My track record includes startup financing, facilitating commercial engagements, and enabling successful exits. Exits include Fitsense-Zurich (2018), MyFutureNow-L&G (2019), and Tia Technology (EQT-owned) Sapiens (2020). With over 25 years of experience in insurance commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and SaaS platform deployment, I developed skills within the corporate venturing and VC spaces. I leverage my extensive network and industry knowledge to address the adoption gap and foster productive startup-corporate collaborations. I serve as a bridge between these two worlds, advising corporates on digital transformation while preparing startups/ scaleups to create and deliver value to prospective corporate partners. I am a co-editor and author of the bestseller The INSURTECH Book. I wrote forewords for two books: The Future of Insurance Volume 3, and Momentum. At Bayes Business School, I teach FinTech Disruption. I contribute to publications and serve on boards and advisory councils. I serve as the chair of the ACORD Solution Group. I am a non-executive board member of the Women to Watch Foundation. I am the Chair of the Advisory Board of The Care Voice. I am a special advisor to a number of VCs.
