🌟 74% of enterprises are racing to deploy agentic AI.
Only 21% have the governance to handle it.  Where do you sit?💫

Some say this is part of a slow but controlled demolition.

Here's what's happening. Deloitte's latest State of AI in the Enterprise report confirms the stampede: three-quarters of companies plan to deploy agentic AI within two years. 

But the #governancegap is staggering. Half of all projects (as we know) are stuck in pilot purgatory. And Gartner now projects the AI governance market will hit $1 billion by 2030 because the cost of getting this wrong is existential.

What does this reveal? As shared with you before, we're entering the era of the Frontier Firm. Organisations that don't just adopt AI, but rewire their entire operating model around human-AI collaboration. 

Microsoft and McKinsey & Company agree: the bottleneck isn't the technology. It's leadership. 

Harvard Business Review calls it "AI angst": a predictable, industry-specific pattern of fear that stalls adoption from the inside out.

🌟 The countdown to 2027 has begun, yet most insurance leaders are still looking in the rearview mirror. 💫

Check out the compelling post from Karl Grandl about the EUDI Wallet (the European Digital Identity directive), and it struck me how few in our industry have this on their strategic roadmap. 

We often talk about the current transformation as a distant goal, but with EU Regulation 2024/1183 (eIDAS 2.0) already in force since May 2024, that specific "future" is arriving faster than many realize.

We have seen the number: Less than 20-30% of digital transformations succeed, often because they lack a standardized, secure foundation. 

The EUDI Wallet is the state-verified digital identity that will finally bridge the gap between corporate legacy and startup agility.

By the end of 2026, every EU member state must provide this wallet. 

By 2027, it will become mandatory for industries requiring strong customer authentication, and insurers are right at the top of that list. For those building the future of our industry, this is transformational. 

Imagine a world where we can:

📍 Simplify: Onboard customers in minutes, not days, with instantly verified identity and driver’s licenses.

📍 Standardise: Issue policies instantaneously as customers authenticate via EUDI.

📍 Share: Handle claims without media discontinuity, no paper, no friction, just verified digital documents. (This is what Miss Moneypenny Technologies does by the way)

However, the real risk isn't the technology. 

Today, we have to admit... It's the wait. Those who prepare their customer journeys now will gain a significant strategic advantage. Those who wait will be forced to follow suit under immense time pressure, risking the very failure rates we strive to avoid.

EUDI Wallet - die Europäische Digitale Identität kommt

Ende 2026 muss jeder EU-Mitgliedsstaat eine EUDI Wallet bereitstellen. 

Ab 2027 wird sie für Branchen mit starker Kundenauthentifizierung verpflichtend — und Versicherer stehen ganz oben auf der Liste.

Die meisten haben das noch nicht auf dem Schirm.
Die EUDI Wallet ist nicht einfach eine weitere App. Sie ist die staatlich verifizierte digitale Identität — für jeden EU-Bürger, auf dem Smartphone.
Was das für Versicherer konkret bedeutet:

→ Kunden-Onboarding in Minuten statt Tagen. Identität, Wohnsitz, Führerschein — alles verifiziert, alles im Wallet. 
→ Policen-Ausstellung wird instant. 
Kfz-Versicherung? Kunde authentifiziert sich per EUDI, teilt Führerschein und Fahrzeugdaten. Fertig. 
→ Schadenmeldung ohne Medienbruch. 
Verifizierte Identität + digitale Dokumente = kein Papier, kein Call Center.

As a Canadian with a Persian family. Its challenging to fully understand the collective trauma that the Iranian people are going through right now. But i can feel the pain of my wife's heart, and the pressure is heavy...

Over 36000 civilians were massacred by the Islamic Republic. Thousands of children... Its very heartbreaking. 

My parents in law are still in Iran. And there is an expected military invasion to occur very soon. We're praying my parents in-law get out of the country safely. Its an unpredictable situation.

All I can do is support my family with my presence and love. All I can do is be there for them when im needed. Please pray for the Persian people of Iran. The majority of them are innocent people wishing for freedom, peace and a normal life.

Sending love to all those who lost family. To all those suffering the heavy weight of darkness. May love overcome the evil that casts a shadow over Iran. May the Persian people because liberated from tbe tyranny and suffering.

Both my wife and I have been cheated on. And to be honest I was somewhat still jealous and insecure in the beginning of our relationship.

To be vulnerable i really struggled when she went to parties without me. It brought up intense feelings of overwhelm.

It was nothing to do with her. It was everything to do with the betrayal I faced before her.

But when you love someone you cant force or control them so you feel more comfortable.... My insecurity was my responsibility to overcome.

Just as my wife had to deal with her own triggers. We cant fix eachother or throw eachother into a bubble so we dont feel discomfort.

Instead I supported her with going out. She deserves freedom and to live the way she wants. Of course we have rules and boundaries. Which helps us both feel more secure. 

But the real work starts from inside. I explored each trigger and emotionally processed it with Somatic Grounding exercises. Then journaling to reset my beliefs of not feeling worthy of love. 

Fast forward 4 years and i dont have jealousy or insecurity anymore. Not just because of my healing. But because I also feel safe with Ava my wife. We need both elements of both emotional safety, while also simultaneously 
working through our shit to move forward.

You cant have one without the other. ❤️

You’re not fucking unworthy... Whats happened is that TOXIC people have conditioned you to think and feel that you are not GOOD ENOUGH.

You think you're powerless... You think you can’t trust anybody... You think everyone will always let you down...But its NOT TRUE...Its a story playing in your mind. 

This story makes you sabotage the good things and, unfortunately, pull in bad people and complex problems... Which reinforces your negative beliefs, and then you say, “See, I told you. This is just how I am. I’m broken..Nothing will ever go my way."

Thats bullshit. Its your pain playing tricks on your mind. You’re not broken. You’re wounded.. And this pain can be healed. 

You have to change the way you think. You need to heal your heart. And release this emotional pain you carry on your shoulders.

When you consistently work on releasing trauma from your body and nervous system. While also doing affirmations as much as humanly possible. While removing yourself from toxic environments and people...

Youre guaranteed to overcome your circumstances...

Its not fate thats keeping you stuck. Its lack of belief in yourself because people let you down. I believe in you. Even if you dont know me. I truly believe in you... I was just like you. 

Up until 7 years ago I thought i was fucked too. I thought nothing would ever get better. But once I started fully committing to healing and personal development. I discovered that the only thing keeping me stuck was my mindset and attitude...

You're fucking powerful. You can totally take your life back. Im sorry for swearing so much. But this message is directly from my soul. Don't give up. Keep pushing forward and stand up for yourself. .

The Epstein Files.. Donald Trump destroying the Global order.  All the New wars on the horizon....  

Everything is burning down to the ground... Everything is going wrong... The world is doomed as we know it....

And this is exactly what the news and media want you to think. Because when youre terrified youll stay glued to each development. And their ratings go up. While your mental health decreases....

There is equally positive things occurring right this moment. But if you focus only on fear and war. Then you will trigger these emotions inside of you... What you focus on is what you will feel...

Protect your energy at all costs. Dont let dark forces influence your mind. Youre already dealing with a lot of emotional baggage from the past. Why would you want to stack more feelings of suffering ontop of yourself?

When we go through Trauma our baseline will already lean towards the negative.. This is loving awareness to pinch yourself to break this cycle. You've worked so hard on getting better. Dont let negative things happening on the news dictate your quality of life. 

This doesn't mean living under a rock. It just means dont let the negatives consume you. Otherwise you will feel bitter, angry and scared..

You deserve to be happy. But happiness is a skill. You need to regulate what you're feeding your mind. Do you want to live in a hostile or peaceful universe? Each are available to you. Peace takes more intentional effort. But suffering causes you more harm in the long term.

If you had a fucked up childhood, where one or both parents emotionally neglected you, and love felt conditional or non-existent or felt unsafe growing up, this will cause significant attachment issues as a child. 

Which will inadvertently attract you to partners with the same type of issues, not because you’re insane, but because human beings are attracted to what’s familiar....

That’s why you love songs or food from your childhood. You have an emotional connection to them. They’re familiar and become ingrained in your sense. 

The same thing happens with our parents. Whatever their behavior and actions were with us will dramatically influence how we feel in relationships. If you felt chaos, fear and drama as a kid, you’ll subconsciously seek people that elicit the same feelings....

The powerful thing is once we understand this human psychology, we can consciously challenge this old programming. But first you need to stop abandoning yourself and heal your heart. It’s your heart that will set you free. 

You open it by taking care of yourself and growing. The more you do, the more likely you’ll be able to break the generational trauma of what your parents have passed down to you with their behaviors and beliefs....

My wife's country has just been invaded. You would think that this would be a negative thing for our family...

However, this war is necessary to stop the Islamic Republic from killing and suppressing their own people. The protests that happened only months ago were met with extreme violence. In which over 30,000 civilians were massacred in 2 days. This regime is evil and must be stopped. 

The vast majority of Iranians want to be free from the dictatorship. They want democracy and human rights. It breaks my heart to see this much suffering. Unfortunately this is the only window of opportunity for Iran to be set free. I ask that you please hold the Persian people in your hearts and prayers. May the 47 years of darkness come to an end. 

Sending love to all those lost. May your loss not be in vein. One day soon i wish to step foot in my wife's country. To see the great empire of Persia stand proud once again. This revolution will not be easy. People will die. But together we can overcome the tyranny. Together good people can stand against evil. 

Free Iran. Free the Persian people.

I used to black out from drinking every time I went out. Sometimes, I’d wake up in the hospital, jail, or even outside. 

I thought drinking 15 Jäger Bombs was hilarious, but the people around me sure didn’t. I’d always wake up to a laundry list of shameful things I had done.

It was truly a dangerous time in my life. I had no off switch. It was all or nothing. Every time I got wasted, I was playing Russian roulette with my life. My childhood trauma and suppressing my feelings caused me to binge drink. I had no connection to who I was and feared my overwhelming emotions, so I drowned myself in alcohol and drugs.

You hear about people hitting "bottom," and they finally wake up. Well, it took me 12 or 15 bottoms before I finally started taking accountability for my life. I tried to take my life, and that scared the crap out of me. It made me realize that my inner demons were a significant threat to my existence. That was when I took a big look in the mirror and started facing some inconvenient truths.

My first step was getting a gym membership at the YWCA. I started working out five days a week and eating super clean. It helped me feel better about myself. But exercise alone wasn’t enough to crush my demons. I combined my physical training with healing and personal development. My life became a laboratory for growth, and my top priority was learning to love and accept myself.

Fast forward to now, and I’m grateful that I don’t struggle with addiction anymore. I’m in a very healthy and fulfilling marriage, where my wife would literally eat my soul if I acted the way I used to. My life is stable because I prioritized my healing. I’ve grown to become extremely proud of myself because I put so much work into bettering my mental health.

If you’re in a dark place right now and feel hopeless, I want you to know that’s how I felt for 18 years of my life. Things will never get better until we take action. Don’t keep saying you’ll work on yourself tomorrow. That’s just bullshit we tell ourselves to keep suffering because we’ve become comfortably numb, feeling unworthy of love and peace. Let this post inspire your heart to awaken. You can live an awesome life. You just need to show up for yourself.

Smashing beers and chain smoking joints was my past mental health routine. When I really wanted to escape, I'd lean hard on cocaine and a cocktail of uppers and downers. If I felt sad or uncomfortable, I always had tools to make myself feel "better."

That was until the high went away, and I ended up feeling even worse than before. I was so stuck in trying to survive day to day that I didn't even know what I was fighting for. In fact, I didn't even know that there was any hope. When you're in the shit, you don't think about sunny days. That only made me more angry because I was in such a dark hole.

Eventually, I got so sick of drugs and binge drinking. Whenever I had the thought of getting wasted, I would think of all the shameful memories I had made. It would bring a certain type of inner disgust that I felt in my stomach. Each impulse I had to do drugs was met with significant discomfort. I'd visualize the worst moments of my life each time.

This actually reprogrammed my mindset with addiction. Previously, I would feel happy at the thought of getting high. But slowly, as I met each toxic thought with this approach, my desire for getting loaded began to fade. I replaced those self sabotaging impulses with healthy ones.

I'd work out, read books, watch personal development podcasts, and created a foundation of tools like grounding exercises, affirmations, cold showers, and practicing gratitude daily. I celebrated every positive action I made, telling myself that I'm proud of my efforts each time an action was achieved. Eventually, the monster within turned into an inner guardian. My inner voice no longer wished to hurt me, and I broke free from survival mode.

If youre struggling with addiction. Don't give up. Replace those negative impulses with healthy habits. Celebrate each win you have with gratitude. You'll shift your addictive mind to crave healing and growth.

Three guys were bullying a young man with special needs. One who I’ve been mentoring for over 2 years. It was unacceptable behavior, and the real “wow” factor was that these bullies were in their 30s, not kids....

How I stopped these bullies was being strategical, not reactive. At first I sent a cease and desist warning that I would be notifying the cops if they kept picking on him. They didn’t listen. So I ended up targeting each bully individually, creating police files on each, until the last and most aggressive bully was finally dealt with....

It’s been 6 months and no bullying has occurred. Now the young man I’m helping is in a safe place with a good group of supportive people. My message to our community is this. Don’t tolerate bullying. Don’t let it get worse. Healthy aggression is taking action but not losing yourself in the situation....

Most bullies will fear consequences. Sometimes pressure needs to be stepped up until they stop. Never take things into your own hands. Many police officers sincerely appreciate when advocates reach out to support vulnerable populations. Send a warning, followed by getting a police officer to contact the bully directly. If the bully doesn’t listen they can get charged with potential harassment. This sounds harsh but picking on vulnerable people is unacceptable....

Hope this helps someone struggling in a similar situation. There is enough toxicity in our society. Lets start making a difference! ❤️

Went through the emergency room in Vancouver previously. The medical Psychiatrist could not believe how far I had come from overcoming Complex PTSD and Drug Addiction.

On paper I was a lost cause.. A future suicide case or destined for doing time in jail. 

That doctor gave me his WhatsApp and connected me to some young men to peer support mentor. This was almost 5 years ago and started me on my journey of Coaching and Mentorship.

At the time I had no idea it would turn into my purpose. That this chance encounter would change the very trajectory of my life. 

Fast forward to today and i lead a mental health organization. And have supported over 1000 people both 1 on 1 and in my Group programs.

Celebrating my 37th birthday with my wife, sister in law and best friend in the wilderness in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. 

This time last year my left leg and hand we're paralyzed and I was dying. I had a very risky surgery on my spinal chord that saved my life. I cannot fully express the gratitude that im still here surrounded by people I love most.

 Life is precious... Now im working out again,  continuing my mission to help people transform pain into love. Still rocking adventures and prioritizing personal development. Which is freaking awesome!!

 I'm grateful for this beautiful life that ive created. To feel more like real Corey and less like my past conditioning. Thank you everyone for your support over the years. I love you all and appreciate you on a deep level. This birthday way less shitty than last year. ❤️

My parents in-law had their lives threatened with a mass text message from the Islamic Republic to all Iranians. Threatening to kill their families if they film any footage of whats happening in Iran.

2.5 months ago over 36, 000 civilians we're massacred while protesting. Now the Iranian Islamic Republic government is attacking innocent countries all across the middle east. 

My parents in-law have just called and theyre safe. But internet is still shut down. People that are actively protesting this war do not fully understand that over 87% of Iranians want freedom from this dictatorship. 

I dont like Trump. I think hes a Narcissist. However, sometimes bad men can do good things. This war is traumatizing my family. But we all know its our only hope to free the Persian people. So to those protesting this Iran war. I ask that you research all the atrocities the Islamic Republic has done to the West and their own people since 1982. Almost every terrorist attack was sponsored by this Regime. Theyre not an innocent government. Theyre killers and continue to target innocent civilians.

Many people read headline articles and then get triggered. They attach this war to Trump so it must be bad. But sometimes things are more complex than they appear on the surface. 

For example, are you aware that the real reason were in Iran is because they didnt actually take out the nuclear program in the summer? Trump lied to make it look like a "win". In reality the Islamic Republic moved the nukes and dispersed them across the country. Otherwise why would they be in a war right now if the US actually took out the nuclear sites? They didnt. Politicians lie....However the truth is this regime is a cancer in this world. One in which needs to be stopped. 

The world is not black and white. Think critically and understand that social media is full of propaganda being pushed by Russia, China and Iran. This is a cold war between Democracy and Dictatorships. A war that has been going on since post World War 2. 

Im a human and I have a heart. And im experiencing a collective trauma that is extremely painful. I have no bias. Im not for Trump. Im for freeing my family and the Persian people from the 47 year long oppression by the Islamic Republic in Iran. 

Please pray for my family. If I offended anyone I want you know that I only wish to spark awareness and curiosity. Research everything I mentioned and do a deep dive before you judge my words. Sending love to all those lost. We will overcome this in time. ❤️

Id like to celebrate my one year anniversary of my cervical spinal fusion and vertebrectomy. I was actually dying. Because i had a past undiagnosed powerlifting injury from 6 years ago. 

I did a 220lb overhead press on a machine. And my ego said "dont quit" when I got stuck halfway. Well I had a pre-existing bone degeneration condition and those 2 factors ended up breaking part of my neck (cervical). Which began slowly crushing my spinal chord. 

I saw multiple doctors and they told me it was a muscle tear. But the pain kept getting worse. 
Eventually I became paralyzed in my left leg and hand. The surgeon said it was extremely risky because they had to cut out my entire C6 vertebrae to remove the discs crushing my spinal chord. Then installing a titanium cage with a bone graft after.

Working out after that was beyond terrifying. I dealt with hundreds of battles inside my head. Imagine working out and fearing your necks equipment shifts and then you have go back into emergency surgery and go through the hell all over again... Im proud of myself for not giving up. I love fitness and instead of feeling hopeless. I chose to not be a victim and learn everything i can to still train safely. 

Before I couldnt carry 5lbs before. And now im lifting heavy again. Super grateful to be alive. I focused on what I could do today. And practiced constant patience and acceptance. In doing so I was able not lose my mind in negativity. I hope this message inspires anyone out there to not give up if youre struggling. Take things in small pieces and focus on the little actions you need to take to get better. This isnt an AI post. Im a real writer and wanted to share some inspiration. ❤️

I never really had a girlfriend in school because I was bullied so much. But I dreamed of finding a soul mate, as I felt so lonely. Unfortunately I found many toxic partners after school, and also in that process became quite toxic myself.

Each time I would go through a break up I would learn more about myself. As many of you know going through grief of losing a partner is brutal. For me it took learning through three major relationships until I finally understood what was happening.

It was the realization that I didn't even know who I was or what I needed from a partner. Because of this I kept finding incompatible girlfriends. It was based more on attachment and fear of being alone. Instead of finding a partner that would love me fully, and accept me for who I truly am.

This was when I got clear on my core values, and started seeking someone that would fit my standards. It took about 10 dates in the span of 6 months, but eventually I found my wife Ava Preston. I never gave up on love, and the universe rewarded me with such a supportive partner. If you're struggling finding love.

 Don't give up on your journey. You must search for the answers inside of you, and build a relationship with your self to become clear on what you need. We must learn to love ourselves in order to be able to create a space for true love to come home. Finding love takes patience, vulnerability and courage.

Dont GIVE up. You think you're screwed and forever stuck. Thats bullshit though. We can overcome our circumstances. But guys we have to put our FULL heart into getting better. If you're not motivated... The reason is because youre in survival mode. Youre struggling from childhood and adulthood small and big traumas. 

Youre extremely exhausted...  Your minds racing all the time. You feel deep heaviness and suffering. And in most cases many of your relationships are hurting you instead of loving you. Our childhood trauma laid the groundwork for this type of life. But when we face our past with courage and honor. You will activate the fire in your heart to push forward. 

The answers are within the PAIN you avoid. I know it doesn't sound like a lot of fun. But there is tools and skills that can reduce the fear and overwhelm. Eventually youll actually love the process. In fact it feels great after a while. Hope this inspires those who need this message right now. ❤️

Crazy synchronicity with an Uber driver just now! I went to Costco and my Uber driver just started spilling his heart out to me.

"Corey, I just banned myself from all casinos. I have a gambling problem and I hate how this makes me feel."
That was after all I said was, "How you doing my brother?" Haha.

Anyways I ended up doing a 15 minute free session and helped him see the problem wasn't making money. It was running from his emotions. And the gambling was helping him feel instantly gratified.

I told him to sit in a room for 30 minutes without his phone and ask two powerful questions. "What do I need in my life to feel better, and what actions can I take today to get there?"

So often we get stuck in panic. But we need silence and space to sit with our feelings.
What's crazy is that he literally reported himself to the casinos as a gambling addict and then picked me up right after. That felt like a very spiritual moment between us. 

What are the odds that someone in a pivotal moment in their life would pick up a coach who would reinforce the very advice he needed?

I love life. Sometimes God reminds you just how connected we all really are.

On the streets I was abused sexually. I was starving, and to get out of the cold I had to do terrible things to survive. 

I was drugged and bad things happened. 
This was a devastating trauma that brought me to the brink of suicide.

I had predators take advantage of my homelessness. I had a switch turn off where I just froze and disconnected...

I rarely speak on this because im still healing this pain. But SHAME lives in silence and HEALING is within vulnerability.

One of the biggest lessons I ever learned was that I had to let go of hate. Yes... That hate was directed towards people that hurt me. But mostly I hated myself... That hate grew like a cancer and transformed me into a person i couldn't respect. 

After reconnecting to my heart. And working very hard on healing...

I realized that in those moments I was in survival. I didnt have any tools or skills. All I did was try to survive.... And because of all the severe Childhood Trauma I went through i ended up in that hell. But despite this i still chose love and overcame substantial darkness inside.

And for that Corey I can forgive you. Because you work so hard on yourself today. That the past can no longer haunt you. I love you Cor. And appreciate how far we've come on this journey. Im not what happened to me. I am what I do today and tomorrow. 🙏

I hope that this very vulnerable message inspires those struggling that have gone through similar circumstances to no longer live in silence and to get the support you need. Its not your fault... Even it feels like it was. 🥹🙏❤️
