For the past 10 years, I have helped multiple tech companies (including big tech, startups and scaleups) and investors define growth strategies. This process has led me to sit on boards and advisory boards. It also led me to evaluate the power of social media channels, including LinkedIn, X and Instagram among others. Today, I reach millions of people through my education-driven approach. 

I launched the Scouting for Growth podcast in December 2021 and then pushed the podcast to full swing in 2022. I realized then that only 30 percent of growth ventures received investment from investors, and very few succeeded in commercializing with corporations. 

The Scouting for Growth podcast is produced weekly. It addresses the topics of corporate venturing, collaboration, and investment. It targets tech ventures, investors, and corporate executive leaders seeking to understand the key ingredients of digital transformation and growth in a fast-paced AI world.

The latest SAS and IDC Data and AI Impact Report just dropped last week 30 September, and it reveals a critical disconnect leaders can't afford to ignore.

We're in a state of "AI trust paradox." The report shows that while 78% of organizations claim to fully trust AI, a staggering only 40% have invested in making their AI systems demonstrably trustworthy through governance, explainability, and ethical safeguards.

This isn't any longer just a philosophical debate, right? It's a direct hit to the bottom line for many enterprises. The report proves that tangible ROI from AI is directly linked to trust. Trying to scale AI on weak data foundations is like building a skyscraper on quicksand.

Here are my key takeaways for leaders:

📌 The Trust Dilemma is Real: The gap between perceived trust and actual trustworthiness is where value is lost. We're adopting human-like AI, like Generative AI (81% adoption), faster than we're securing it.

Personally, I have undergone a vast transformation over the past eight years, escaping homelessness on the streets, drug trafficking and three suicide attempts. Previously diagnosed with CPTSD/PTSD, but now mostly symptom-free due to a lot of hard work and commitment. I'm a true Phoenix who has escaped hell and was lucky enough to find my purpose in serving community.

No matter how dark things have been, they can get even darker if you don’t stand up for yourself. But the good news? In just three to six months, you can turn your life around.

Take small steps every day, and every time you do, say to yourself, "I’m proud of myself for doing this." Eventually, the life you once hated will start to feel like one you love and appreciate.

Your mind, heart, and body are your sacred home. Treat them with care. Heal your wounds. Learn from your mistakes. And aim to be kind and compassionate, especially toward yourself.

Most of my EX GIRLFRIENDS were very MASCULINE. They were aggressive and fought often. I thought this was normal but I was DAMN wrong....

Women are not supposed to be masculine. They go into aggressive behavior when they don’t feel emotionally, physically and financially safe.

I wasn’t safe before. Instead I was insecure and had extremely low self worth. I struggled with triggers and finances... I was LOST.

It might sound weird, but I went into my feminine energy because I was in survival mode. Since my past partners didn’t feel secure with me, they became more reactive and controlling....

They would behave this way, which would trigger my childhood trauma and I would spiral into my story of feeling abandoned by everybody that loved me.

I felt like I wasn't ENOUGH and their actions made me shut down. I believed it was true.

How I overcame this was by cleaning up my act. Before I chose to get into a relationship again.... I worked hard on myself...

I found purpose and meaning outside of a relationship. I became financially secure and improved my self awareness and emotional intelligence... I healed my own pain instead of expecting a woman to be my MOTHER.

In doing so I was able to meet my now wife Ava. She’s able to go into her feminine energy because she feels safe. 

We have our moments once in a while but we’re both in couples therapy to heal past wounds so we can grow together... 92% of the time things are super chill, intuitive and loving.

You can’t change your partner with control. You can only change yourself. But by doing so you shift your behaviors and change your environment. That feeling will be experienced by all of your relationships.

So you decided to get your shit together. You’re facing your past demons and actively working on healing and personal development.

Congratulations... You’re apart of a very small percentage of the population, as most people avoid and suppress their emotional pain.

Here you are on this epic JOURNEY of HEALING. But some of your family members who are struggling don’t care or appreciate what you’re doing.

Instead of motivating you, they knock you down with insults and feed your mind with thoughts that make you stop believing in yourself.

You want them to SEE and HEAR you so badly, but no matter what you do, things only get worse…

Welcome to growth. It can feel lonely, isolating, and uncomfortable, but it’s extremely necessary to break free from past trauma.

You must understand that you have nothing to PROVE to anyone. If some of your family is pulling you down, then you must see this as a major threat to your recovery.

Cutting family off can be challenging; however, you can distance yourself significantly until you feel strong enough to handle them.

We get CONDITIONED by our environment. If you surround yourself with people who TAKE your energy, you will lose MOMENTUM.

Instead, understand that you must prioritize your own journey. You will feel GUILTY...Expect this, but it’s crucial to protect your energy at all costs.

Sometimes we need to outgrow loved ones, even if we have history with them. Family is just a word. It’s how you’re treated that matters. It’s not selfish to ask for respect and to have boundaries. 

If some of your loved ones cant appreciate that... Why sacrifice your happiness to make others feel comfortable?

Both my wife and I have been cheated on. And to be honest I was somewhat still jealous and insecure in the beginning of our relationship.

To be vulnerable i really struggled when she went to parties without me. It brought up intense feelings of overwhelm.

It was nothing to do with her. It was everything to do with the betrayal I faced before her.

But when you love someone you cant force or control them so you feel more comfortable.... My insecurity was my responsibility to overcome.

Just as my wife had to deal with her own triggers. We cant fix eachother or throw eachother into a bubble so we dont feel discomfort.

Instead I supported her with going out. She deserves freedom and to live the way she wants. Of course we have rules and boundaries. Which helps us both feel more secure. 

But the real work starts from inside. I explored each trigger and emotionally processed it with Somatic Grounding exercises. Then journaling to reset my beliefs of not feeling worthy of love. 

Fast forward 3 years and i dont have jealousy or insecurity anymore. Not just because of my healing. But because I also feel safe with Ava my wife. We need both elements of both emotional safety, while also simultaneously 
working through our shit to move forward.

You cant have one without the other. ❤️

Do you believe once a cheater always a cheater? Can people not change?

I've worked with hundreds of human beings in the past several years. There is one theme that runs through every person's story.

They all have childhood Trauma.

This emotional pain in the childhood causes a multitude of problems in relationships.

For instance if a person observed one of their parents cheating. What would happen is they would subconsciously absorb that behavior. Then as they get older they would cheat on a partner or attract a partner that betrays them. It's a Trauma Story that plays into a cycle.

If we are neglected by our parents we feel unworthy of love. If we get rejected in school we feel like we don't belong. These are all deep core emotional wounds that create toxic behaviors. 

The cycle can be broken when we identify the story we are living in. With awareness we can heal these wounds. 

What story are you living in? What is the one pattern that keeps happening again and again? When we objectively look at our circumstances with curiosity. We then find the doorway out of our suffering.

You’re not burned out.. You just don't know who the fuck you really are.

You grew up with your identity handed to you, shaped by your parents’ beliefs and biases, along with a fragmented school system that programmed you to suppress your authenticity.

You craved belonging, so you sacrificed your inner truth because you were afraid of being rejected for being the real you.

There is nothing more traumatic than existing and not feeling accepted. You start becoming a ghost, a shell of the person you were.

Laughing when you really want to cry.

Sacrificing for others out of fear, fear of the overwhelming guilt that comes with not feeling good enough.

I understand your pain.
My heart goes out to you.

You’re a good person. But you don’t have to live this way anymore.

The reason you’re doing this is because you didn’t feel safe or connected with one or both parents.

You had to suppress yourself to avoid conflict and secure connection so your loved ones wouldn’t abandon you.

This is a survival response you’ve been carrying since childhood.

To overcome it, we must first understand why it happened. Look to your childhood. Once you realize these behaviors aren’t you, everything starts to change.

That’s when the paradigm shift begins,  first awareness, then healing the emotional wounds, all while challenging every behavior that’s been soul-crushing your heart.

Until one day soon, you finally stand up for yourself.

You learn the truth, you’re fucking powerful and capable.

Your identity can be reinvented.

You’re not stuck, only pending a transformation by putting your full heart into growing beyond your suffering.

I was on the streets, starving, and had to do terrible things to survive. I was a drug addict and homeless. And when you’re in those types of situations, really bad things happen...

As a young man, I never thought in a million years that I would end up in such a dark place. I looked in the mirror and all I wanted to do was punch myself. I wanted the pain to go away, but instead, I kept putting myself in more horrible situations where the suffering got worse not better....

I felt that I deserved to suffer, so I kept putting myself in risky situations.... I had so much hate in my heart. I thought it was for the world, but really, that hate was for myself. I wasn’t a nice person to others, but I was the most cruel to myself.

How I overcame this started with stabilizing my life. Fortunately, the court system picked me up, and I got some form of therapy. But the real healing began when I stopped being a victim and took responsibility for my life.

When I chose to get better on my own terms.

I had to look back at my past and understand why that little boy decided to walk through the gates of hell like i did. I discovered that childhood trauma causes many to go on a similar journey that i went on. Which allowed me to have empathy for myself. And feel human.

I realized that i wasn't broken or inherently bad. Rather I was handed challenging cards that brought me through those twists and turns.

There were scrapes and scars all over my soul, but somehow, by the grace of God, I was able to break free from that tragic hell. The wounds run deep, but my heart was too strong to be consumed by the darkness. Fast forward 8 years and I'm successful, married and honestly very happy.

It’s my mission now to inspire other people who are suffering to get help. To understand that no matter how far gone you may feel, you can always come back. You can always find yourself. You can always come home to who you truly are beyond the Trauma.

Look back at your child self, the innocent kid you were before all the horrible things happened, and remember... that’s who you’re fighting for.

Stop blaming EVERYONE for your MISERY. Your Mental Health and Life are your RESPONSIBILITY.

So often we get into the blame game of projecting our inner anger and frustration with life onto others.

We judge people for being too loud, traffic for being too slow, relationships for being too unfulfilling.

And it's always someone else's fault.
It's never YOU.

But that's not true.
It's a lie you tell yourself to feel comfortable with the fact that you're not doing enough for yourself to grow.

Of course, this may be triggering. But sometimes this discomfort, the shame, the dissatisfaction, these are the feelings that actually allow us to start changing.

And the more we avoid these feelings, the more we stay stuck in mediocrity and misery.
I know it can be extremely uncomfortable to face the truth that you are the reason you're stuck and unhappy.

But when you face this truth with an open heart, you can start rebuilding yourself from an authentic foundation rather than living in lies.
The anger you carry for the world is truly just the anger you carry for yourself.

Acknowledge this. 
Take accountability. 
Grow from this.

I don't know any person in this world who has ever moved forward without being truthful with themselves.

My call to action for you is this...

Start journaling.
Start counseling.
Start coaching.

Do something that challenges your status quo so that you can re-evaluate your life's direction and your relationships, and in doing so, move toward the path of growth and development.

You deserve to be happy.
But you can’t get there if you keep blaming everybody else and refusing to take responsibility for your life.

How to STOP feeling like SHIT everyday 🙏

I SCREAMED inside, but my THROAT wouldn't let me be HEARD. It was like I had an anaconda wrapped around my neck.

Anytime someone ignored me or shut me down when I was expressing my feelings, I felt like throwing up and choking. I didn’t know what the hell this was for the longest time. 

Until six years ago, when I learned about Somatic Experiencing for trauma. Our unfelt emotions are held in our muscles and organs of the body.

Many people who didn’t have a VOICE when they were a child also suffer from the same type of issue. That’s because not being HEARD makes that traumatic pain get held in the throat. 

Anytime we get triggered, it feels difficult to breathe or talk. It’s almost like someone is standing on top of our throat.

Trauma is weird. The more research that comes out, the more I realize how complicated human emotions really are. 

It’s called an "psycho-somatic episode" when the trigger comes up and you feel extreme discomfort, constriction, or even like someone is sitting on your throat. 

For those who struggle to communicate their needs, it’s because you don’t feel safe to do so. Back when you were a child, it was a survival response so you would feel loved or not physically or emotionally harmed. It was to keep you safe.

In order to heal this significant wound, we need to start processing past emotional experiences from childhood, giving a voice to that pain so we can finally feel heard, while also slowly changing our behaviors and pushing ourselves beyond our comfort levels.

It will feel weird and awkward to stand up for yourself. You will feel guilty, like you’re doing something wrong. But trust me, this is all part of the healing process. 

We will adapt to the healthier version of ourselves, but we need to integrate first into who we actually are. It’s messy and uncomfortable, but also beautiful and profound.

Keep going. Expect these challenges and move through them without judgement. One day soon you will have a voice again. You will be respected and HEARD. Never give up. ❤️

I was the world’s BIGGEST fucking VICTIM. But it all changed after a near death experience.

As a kid, I got bullied for seven years, lots of violence and emotional abuse all the time. I hated myself. Didn’t feel good enough... The voices of my abusers played in my mind over and over....

Being victimized made me feel like the world hated me. I got angry...blood red rage that possessed every facet of my life. I fucking hated humanity. This made me feel sorry for myself, but feeling this way only isolated me from the truth....

I was stuck in a story. My past hurt made me feel trapped in a dark world, one in which I attracted horrible people who did terrible things. Cheating. Lying. Robberies. Drug trafficking. My inner victim mindset kept pulling in more predators and other victims.

This continued until I almost took my life. I’d purposely overdose on multiple drugs, put myself in high risk situations, and eventually had a manic breakdown of epic proportions. The overwhelming pain surged, and my heart opened back up.

That was when I saw that no one was coming to rescue me. That by continuing to be a victim, I was only reinforcing my own stuckness. I had to stop blaming the world for my scars and wounds. 

And once I accepted total self responsibility for my healing and recovery, everything changed.

I saw that there were good people. That life was worth fighting for. The enemy was never outside, it was all my own doing. Yes, the trauma from my childhood was significant, but it wasn’t an excuse to keep abandoning myself. 

The truth set me free, and that radical acceptance allowed me to change my life for the better.

Only you can save yourself. Stop blaming others, it’s a losing game. You can be happy, but first, you have to own your shit. Once you do, you have a blank canvas to create the life you desire. 

Don’t give up. Its uncomfortable to admit we are the reason we're stuck. But once we do we become more courageous, and can build a foundation from truth instead of lies.

So you're not SEXUALLY ATTRACTED to the good guys, the good girls. You're just scratching your head, wondering, Why do I always keep choosing the abusers? Why do I always keep choosing the people that excite me but also bring me the most chaos and drama? Why do I push away the stable people, the healthy people?

Well, you're not insane. It's just that these toxic relationships remind you of the familiarity of your emotional home, of your childhood. Perhaps it’s your mom. Your dad’s a bully. There’s some type of connection to people that remind you of how you felt as a kid, and you’re in a cycle of reliving that experience over and over.

It’s an emotional and nervous system response, and it’s because you have unprocessed emotional trauma that needs to heal. If you don’t heal this, you’re always going to keep attracting toxic people into your life.

My best piece of advice is to go inward. Stabilize yourself by both working on the past and also stabilizing the present by starting to learn how to put boundaries and higher standards in place for yourself. Understand that yes, you may feel excited to be with these people, but ultimately, they are the destruction of your life, and you need to start reevaluating.

Your narcissistic parent, your toxic ex, that school bully… they’re not ruining your life anymore. You are, by letting them live in your head and not healing your pain.

It’s brutal what happened. It sucks on so many levels. My heart goes out to all of you. But why the hell do we want these people stuck in our thoughts?

Better yet, why are we letting them hold us back from loving again, from trusting again, and from moving forward in life?

Look, this pain isn’t easy to carry. When we get traumatized, it causes us to abandon ourselves. Their voices and beliefs program us to stop giving a shit about ourselves.

This isn’t right. Why let them win? Fight for a better life. Don’t allow these past stories to keep sabotaging the progress you make.

Use that anger inside as fuel to grow, rather than grinding yourself down to nothing with self-judgments.

Every time you work on yourself, every time you heal your heart, you say NO MORE to those who hurt you in the past. Reclaim your power and don’t forget who the f*ck you are. Don’t let them win. Grow from these experiences and build a beautiful life.

Then one day, look back and tell them... Thank you. Thank you for helping me grow. Thank you for waking me up to the fact that I deserve so much better.

For some of you ROGUE WOLVES who never decided to have a family/kids. This may answer some hard questions. 

Parents that were emotionally unavailable with their kids created a disconnect in their children’s emotional development. 

As the child grows into adulthood, their attachment to relationships often becomes avoidant just like it was with their parents. This creates hyper independence, and what’s interesting is that this independence is even connected to the choice of not having children.

Meanwhile, kids who had some of their basic emotional needs met felt more inclined to get married and raise children. What happens to us in our childhood years has a significant effect on how we interact in relationships today.

I called the POLICE on my client’s HUSBAND. He attacked her the night before.

I was worried that this was going to happen, as he’s been ramping up emotional abuse over the past several months. It’s not my favorite part of what I do, but sometimes I have to take these actions.

I’ve been working on safely transitioning her out of that home and getting her into safety. Together, we created a plan to sell her business and then get a lawyer to separate. My client gave me permission to share this to promote awareness. 

I’m very protective of my clients, and when shit hits the fan, you can’t just watch from the sidelines.

My message to anyone who’s in an abusive relationship....

You may feel trapped, whether that’s because of finances, kids, or because you’re emotionally manipulated into staying.

However, there is no EXCUSE to live in an UNSAFE home with a person who physically and emotionally hurts you consistently. The only thing that keeps us STUCK in these situations is quite sinister.

It’s our emotional trauma from childhood, specifically the feeling of not being GOOD ENOUGH. As much as they hurt you, by staying, you’re also abandoning yourself. You’re not a doormat. 

You deserve a better life than this. Remove yourself from the SPIDER WEB, and you will see the LIFE FORCE flow back into your heart and soul.

Don’t give up. Keep moving forward.
