Pavel Bosovik was born in Ukraine and immigrated to the United Staes in 1999.  From a young age, he was fascinated by the automotive industry and dreamt of creating a vehicle that could conquer any terrain.

Pavel founded an expedition vehicle manufacturing company, which designs, engineers, and builds recreational vehicles that can travel on any terrain. Through his innovative designs and engineering expertise, Pavel has lead 27North to become the #1 expedition vehicle builder in the world. 

Pavel has also founded a successful real estate business, which specializes in Class A properties and relationship-based business transactions. He revolutionized the industry by introducing a customer-centric approach, focused on building long-lasting partnerships with clients and delivering exceptional service.

Pavel values family and relationships above all else, and he believes in helping others succeed through mentorship and public speaking. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with others, and regularly speaks at industry events and conferences. Pavel believes that by empowering and supporting others, he can help drive positive change in the world.

Today I asked a group of high school students touring our facility:
“How big would you dream if you knew you wouldn’t fail?”

One student said:

“I’d build a Tesla Giga Factory that only makes custom race cars.”

That answer stuck with me.

Why do we shrink our dreams to the size of what feels safe?
Why do we cap our imagination at what we can control?

Maybe the question isn’t what can I realistically do - but what would I pursue if I truly believed?

Growing up with 10 siblings in a foreign country brought its own set of challenges. When most kids started day one of school with new cloths, I wore second hand clothing. When the other kids where out playing football or at the lake, I was working part time at McDonald’s and cleaning construction sites. 

These challenging moments shaped me into the individual that I am today. And now I have one goal. 

To impact the lives as many people as possible!

Building a billion-dollar vision to redefine travel and exploration. Sharing my journey to inspire and empower others to pursue their dreams.

The best kind of friends?

The ones who believed in you before there was a reason to.

The ones who stayed after the crowd showed up.

Status never changed their loyalty.
Success never changed their respect.
They didn’t need proof - they saw potential.

You don’t get many of those in life.
If you’ve got even one - protect that.

We ran the Turkey Trot as a family.
And finished in the top 26%.

But the real win?
Doing it together.

My parents are in their 60s.
No shortcuts. 
No excuses.
Just grit, training, and showing up.

That’s the kind of legacy I want to live out.
And pass on.

Discipline isn’t a solo sport.
It’s something you model - and multiply.

The vision is real. 
One day, Mom - you’ll see it.

When you come from nothing, vision is the only thing you can afford.
You hold it when no one else believes in it.
You build it when no one understands it.
And you fight for it long before it becomes visible.

My mom didn’t always understand why I worked late, why I pushed so hard, why I carried dreams bigger than our circumstances.
But she taught me faith.
She taught me discipline.
She taught me that responsibility is love in action.

Everything I build today - every step, every risk, every victory - carries her fingerprints.

One day, Mom, you’ll see the full picture.
Not just the business.
Not just the buildings.
But the legacy your prayers created.

Vision becomes reality when you refuse to let go.
And I’m not letting go.

I turn 30 in two months.

Most people chase more in their 20s:
More money. 
More speed. 
More success.

I chased depth.
In business. 
In character.
And in relationships - like this one right here. ❤️

There’s still time to cross off a few more things…

Sometimes you have to stop, sit down, and look at your own life the way you look at a project.

What’s working?
What needs attention?

In leadership, we often think the answers come from strategy, meetings, or the right advisors.
But most breakthroughs begin in a moment like this - when you’re honest with yourself.

The truth is:
You cannot build something meaningful externally if you’re falling apart internally.
You cannot lead people if you can’t lead your own thoughts.
And you cannot expect growth if you’re unwilling to pause and adjust.

This photo looks simple.
But behind it - a reminder I keep coming back to:

Check in with yourself before the world checks in with you.

Your team, your business, your family - they feel the difference when you operate from clarity, not chaos.
