Domkrat.by and NEWCARS.COM.UA - web magazines with e-commerce features dedicated to new car markets in Belarus and Ukraine. Extensive brands' and models' catalogue, car news and reviews, test-drives, promotions and deals from local car dealers.

•	Developed the product vision, translated product strategy into a product roadmap;
•	Managed the production of websites according to defined UI/UX requirements and A/B testing results with a hand-picked team of designers and developers;
•	Contributed to the growth of the marketplaces after the rollout, monitoring defined KPI and web metrics (Google Analytics) and improving the performance;
•	Managed the content strategy and content publication with a team of contributors (journalists and photographers) using Search Engine Optimization tools and customer interviews.

Result: Domkrat.by is in TOP-3 of digital new car marketplaces in Belarus with more than 700K active users annually.
