Since my early days, I’ve sought innovative ways to merge engineering excellence with the spirit of adventure. As part of the Bosovik Group, I coach leaders and drive positive impact across various sectors, including real estate, technology, and visionary entrepreneurship.

We’ve recently launched the Bosovik Family Foundation, bringing together people and ideas to create opportunities for a better world. I dedicate most of my free time to building transformative businesses and supporting initiatives that foster community and sustainable growth.

Associate Director

City of Springfield, MO--Parks

Manage the downtown parks of Jordan Valley Park with amphitheater and interactive water feature/fountain, Jordan Valley Ice Park, Founders  Park with amphitheater, Birthplace of Route 66 Park, JV Greenway Trail, indoor/outdoor archery facilities, corporate retreat/reception venue (Davis House) and two maintenance facilities.  Area is responsible for over 100 events each year (both indoors and outdoors) and the Community Sports Development Program (CSDP). Supervision includes facility managers, program managers, coaches (Hockey, CSDP Executive Director, CSDP Hockey, Figure Skating and CSDP Archery), Executive Arts Director (SRAC), gardener and operations personnel.  $3mm operating budget and $10mm capital.

Department's representative at the County's Emergency Operations Center for training and major emergencies (FEMA-trained).

Private support/security detail for visiting professional athletes, dignitaries, and politicians to high profile Parks events.
