n8n raised over $240M and was one of the most visible SaaS in 2025.

Today I’m breaking down how n8n runs a creator-led growth GTM with hundreds of small creators spreading the words about building AI agents.

What stood out to me was how uneven the results were. Most posts did very little, while a few did almost everything.

Here are a few takeaways from breaking them down:

#1) 631 creators with over 5k followers mentioned n8n. The typical creator has ~23.6K followers, showing this program is built on volume.

#2) The median post gets ~3.6K views and 47 engagements. Most posts are small, only a few account for most results.

#3) Top posts focus on AI agents, templates, and workflows, not high-level “automation” talk.

#4) Comment bait is THE core tactic. One post reached ~976K views and generated 6.3K comments simply by offering a workflow.

#5) LinkedIn post with screenshot of the product brings the highest-quality attention. It attracts builders and operators, not just passive viewers.
