As a Technical Support Engineer at Dye & Durham, I delivered end-to-end technical support across both Level 1 and Level 2, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to significant process improvements. My role encompassed close collaboration with C-level executives, as well as leading complex projects to automate and optimize workflows.
