After almost 6 years, I’m closing my chapter at Remotesome, a company I founded with a simple belief:

Great talent exists everywhere — hiring them shouldn’t be limited by geography or time zones.

And honestly, I’m happy that in 2026 this idea is no longer controversial. The misconception that great hiring is tied to geography is finally fading, and global talent is just… normal. That feels like a win in itself.

Building Remotesome taught me more than I ever expected — about hiring, product, sales, people, and how many things can break and change along the way.

Special shoutout to all the engineers and hiring partners who believed in Remotesome and gave us a shot in the early days and made it what it is today. I'm deeply grateful.

I'm handing over the seat to Srinivas Siva, who I'm sure will take it to a next level in 2026.

Most importantly, it showed me how rewarding it is to build something that genuinely helps others do better work.

As for what’s next: exploring new ideas, new problems worth solving, and the same curiosity that started Remotesome in the first place.
