How I never run out of video hook ideas: 

1. Save good hooks on TikTok, YouTube, X etc 
2. Use Claude to download vids
3. Analyse transcript + frames 
4. Create hook database

- Great hooks 
- Good topic selection (based on keywords)
- Motion graphics

→ Every morning at 9am, searches YouTube for new videos mentioning your product (e.g. for us, checks video bio for affiliate link) 

→ Posts new video links to a Slack channel with direct video links 

→ Lets you give feedback, use as inspo for other partners, share on socials + avoid manually searching videos by partners

Now when an affiliate drops a new video, my team sees it in a Slack channel before I even open my laptop.
