Letzte Woche lag ich ein paar Tage komplett flach.

Mir ging's richtig dreckig, obwohl das Fieberthermometer nur 37,4°C anzeigte.

Ich weiß ja gar nicht, ob das überhaupt geeicht ist!!

Wie auch immer.

Ich konnte nicht mal dann so wirklich Ruhe geben.

Klar, ich habe mich körperlich geschont (und erholt), aber ich stand dennoch nicht still.

Am Dienstag ginge nämlich meine Ausbildung an der Chicago Booth School Of Business los.

Behavioral Economics - Wie Menschen Entscheidungen treffen und wie man diese aktiv beeinflussen kann.

Unter anderem höchst relevant für Marketing & Sales.

Und da habe ich es gemerkt: es fällt mir extrem schwer, Ruhe zu geben.

Aber definitiv eine Sache, an der ich arbeiten muss.

Vorgestern habe ich mit einem ehemaligen Kunden telefoniert.

Er meinte, er hatte bisher einfach keine Zeit, sich um Marketing & Sales zu kümmern.

Er musste für einen Kunden programmieren.

Ein ganz dringendes Projekt!

Ich habe ihn dann gefragt, ob das nicht auch seine Mitarbeiter könnten?

Er meinte, ja, aber er sei einfach besser und schneller.

Uh, Problem!

Wenn der CEO lieber programmiert, anstatt sich um neue Kunden zu kümmern, wer soll es dann tun?

Der Praktikant?

Eine externe Agentur?

Der Weihnachtsmann?

CEOs, die lieber programmieren, als sich um Marketing & Sales zu kümmern.

Das ist völlig normal.

Warum?

Marketing & Sales sind Dinge, die sie nicht gelernt haben.

Aber sie wissen in Wahrheit: Sie müssen es lernen, damit sie ihr Unternehmen weiter ausbauen können.

Jetzt stellt sich nur die Frage, wie lange sie "warten" wollen, bis sie endlich damit anfangen.
