***What You’ll Actually Do:

- Recruit cleared IT / Tech talent (TS–TS/SCI with Poly) for GovCon / DoD / IC roles, there maybe some Healthcare recruiting too!

- Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, prep, submit

- Work with our Ops and clients on role intake, feedback, updates, and consultation.

- Support pre-award KP capture for bids (identify, align, and package key personnel)


***Comp & Outcomes

This role is impact-based: low base + uncapped commission.

Historical OTE ranges based on performance:

-Learning the ropes: $36K–$50K OTE
-Mid performer: $50K–$75K OTE
-High performer: $75K–$110K OTE
-Top 5% recruiter: $110K–$145K+ OTE

-Will consider non-agency GovCon experience
