Currently a Controls Management Officer working in the financial industry to assess risk and develop controls primarily focused on credit risk.  Deep understanding of end-to-end Credit Lifecycle, Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking lines of business products and services. Deliver Process Improvement with Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies, identification and implementation of automation solutions and identification of risk and controls within business processes, risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) and Issue Management lifecycle. Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) expert through use of iGrafx and Visio.  Trained in low-code, lightweight workflow (Alfresco) configuration and implementation.  I am also experienced working with and managing stakeholders in global locations through virtual and in person facilitation and communicating across the organization.
