Sung Bong Kang is a seasoned professional with a strong background in electronics, quality engineering, and business leadership. After earning his degree in electronics, he began his career in research and development at IVNET, contributing to the creation of innovative products like a black box power cable.

Leveraging his hardware and firmware development expertise, Sung joined LG CNS in the ATM development and verification department, where he specialized in quality assurance and product auditing. This experience laid the foundation for his transition to Wonjin Electronics, where he played a pivotal role in quality engineering for the automotive industry, mastering standards like IATF16949 and Core Tools while leading client and partner audits.

He later expanded his expertise in the medical device industry at Hyronic, managing QC/QA for advanced products like RF and laser skin beauty equipment. His leadership as a QC/QA team leader included successfully preparing for ISO13485 certification.

Sung's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish "New Wave," a company focused on developing coding education tools, before taking on a general manager role at ACEN, where he oversaw purchasing, production, and quality management aligned with ISO9001/14001 standards.

Today, Sung is driving innovation and transformation as the Group CEO of Newnop, channeling his diverse expertise and visionary leadership into building a company that redefines technology and business solutions globally.

요즘 한국에서 직원 동료 관리 힘드실 것이라 생각합니다. 

저 같은 경우 고객, 성과, 그리고 경영에 대해서 정의부터 제대로 합니다.

1) 우리 모두는 경영자입니다.
2) 경영자란 자신의 일과 성과에 책임지는 사람을 뜻합니다.
3) 책임을 지기 위해선 "고객"에 대한 정의 부터 제대로 해야합니다.
4) 나의 결과물(성과)에 값을 지불해주는 사람이 고객입니다.
5) 성과란 고객에게 "가치있는 일"을 제공하는 것입니다.
6) 경영이란 나의 성과에 내가 책임을 지는 것입니다.

이것들이 이뤄지지 않는 한 우리 리더들은 마이크로 매니징을 할 수 밖에 없습니다. 
요즘 사람들은 자율을 원합니다. 직원들에게 좋은 대표가 되고 싶어서 또는 직원들이 잘 회사에 다니게 하려고, 직원들이 성과를 창출하길 원해서~ 

여러 이유로 복지에 신경 쓰고 자율을 제공합니다.
그러나 책임 없는 자율은 독입니다. 
원래 경영은 어렵습니다. 
모든 분야가 그렇듯 경영에도 많은 분야가 연결되어 있습니다.
조직의 실력을 키우려면 리더가 성장할 수 밖에 없습니다.
