Asigra

At Asigra, my main responsibility is to drive new leads using Digital Marketing tools.  I work directly with the VP and EVP of Marketing and Sales at Asigra plus an internal in-house marketing team to increase brand awareness of Asigra and to drive real leads into our sales funnel.  

Some of the ways I do this:
- Optimize the enterprise AdWords account to drive new leads for our business development team.  I added over 50 leads/month in a single Ad Group by strategically bidding on competitive keywords.  Implemented a tool called Wordstream that has streamlined our account and continues to increase our conversion rate (our most important metric)
- Increased our corporate website traffic continuously through SEO efforts and by managing the editorial calendar of the Asigra corporate blog.  This includes writing blog posts myself which have been featured in The Huffington Post, Information Week and more...
- Managing a community of over 400 partners online in a brand advocacy forum called Backupheroes.com.  We used this innovative platform to get our partners participating online and generating new leads for Asigra
- I'm one of the leading Digital experts at our annual Asigra Cloud Backup Summit where I have given numerous presentations to our partner network.  All of which have received excellent praise from our partners.  Plus I work with the entire marketing team to conduct this international conference in Toronto.
- Creating buzz campaigns like the Asigra Guide to Bacon (a bacon guide for IT users who love bacon) that are featured in presentations by Ann Handely and Jay Baer
- Creating more buzz campaigns by participating in the recent ALS challenge and encouraging my VP to participate.  Which lead to another major software company participating and eventually Michael Dell sending shout outs to Asigra

Digital Marketing Manager

Camilion Solutions, An SAP Company

•	In my newly appointed role my responsibilities include working with Salesforce and other lead generation tools to drive qualified prospects to our sales team.
•	I’m also responsible for using all online tools such as SEO, blogging and social media to increase our brand awareness and to generate leads.
•	Collaborated with my Director in launching a mail campaign for a new white paper that went out to prospects.  Integrated the campaign with Salesforce and tracked all results.  Resulted in a 15% open rate.

Online Marketing Manager

- Created and launched an AdWords campaign for a niche industry in a competitive landscape. Focused on a complete keyword research phase to ensure that all pertinent keywords were included in the campaign. Monitored results while constantly making adjustments for top click through rates, top positions and high conversions all while staying within budget.
- Planned and launched a corporate blog (blog.camilion.com).  After the plan was approved by the Director and VP of Marketing, developed and designed the blog while meeting a tight deadline.  Also compiled a yearlong editorial calendar to ensure that the blog had enough content to sustain it and to gain momentum during its infancy.  Presented the blog to key company stakeholders and encouraged their participation.
- Created and managed a corporate Twitter account with close to 900 followers (twitter.com/camilion).  Account used to spread company news and to share new content including white papers, podcasts, videos and blog posts. Results included increased brand reach, strengthened relationships with prospects, analysts and partners; plus new content quickly ranked in the search engines like Google.
- Proposed a complete home page redesign for the corporate website (www.camilion.com) to improve conversion rates and overall usability.  Used a third party survey tool to measure results which included an 80% overall user satisfaction score.

•	Took proactive action by redesigning the Google AdWords campaign that resulted in an increase of average Click Through Rate (5-6%).
•	Demonstrated resourcefulness and creativity by creating an internal ad copy contest that generated top performing Google ads that out placed the competition and ranked in the 1st ad positions.
•	Ensured that landing pages were optimized and continually focused on design improvements of the corporate website to increase conversions.
•	Worked in conjunction with a SEO consultant to develop an organic presence for I Love Rewards.  Results included an increase in the Hubspot Web Grade of 44% to 91%.   Google page rank also increased an entire point.  Finally, numerous keywords began ranking on the first page and top positions in Google Search results.

•	Liaised between programmers and IT management to develop front end design of all new client websites built on a Java Enterprise platform.  Worked as a team player to meet tight deadlines and to facilitate client changes.
•	In addition to working with the IT team, partnered with the Marketing team to assist them in creating print and online materials such as a Business Development Overview PDF, a standard Sales Presentation PowerPoint and an Online Press Kit.
•	Pitched to the Senior Leadership team the idea of a corporate blog and was an integral designer and developer during its inception.  The blog has created outstanding PR opportunities and has generated traffic to our corporate website (blog.iloverewards.com).
