- Work with other project team members as needed to successfully share programming responsibilities as required.
- Design software to support thorough, systematic, in-house testing prior to on-site commissioning.
- Thoroughly test system software prior to exposure to the client.
- Provide on-site system commissioning support as required.

Programmed PLC and HMI applications for water and waste-water industry.  Completed several turnkey SCADA projects where I did most of the programming, startup, and operator training.  Provided service for existing clients. I received my Wonderware InTouch certification as well as my Inductive Automation Gold Certification.

As the lead integrator and business owner I was also responsible for marketing, meeting with new clients, quoting projects, managing employees, hiring sub-contractors, and managing a wide range of integration projects from start through completion.

Growing up in a family of System Integrators for Industry 3.0 I was exposed to Industry at the age of 5.

My mom actually took me to view the Wastewater Treatment plant she integrated a Legacy Wonderware SCADA System for the "what does my parents do for work day?" at school.

By 12, I was developing my first SCADA Screen with my Dad.

At 18, I was successfully implementing turn-key SCADA Systems.

At the age of 21, I met Walker Reynolds while I was working on the developer team for the World's Largest Ignition SCADA System.

Fast forward a few years, in 2018 I Quit my full-time Job to pursue content creation full-time.

I now work at 4.0 Solutions where we have the Most Subscribed to YouTube Channel on the Topic of Industry 4.0

It's my childhood dream of becoming a "YouTuber" combined with my practical hands on experience in Industry that makes me a dynamic Industry 4.0 Marketing Professional

Walker Reynolds was right!
These industrial software companies operate like the mafia. 

They roll in with shiny PowerPoints and buzzwords like:
“Digital transformation.”
“Interconnected enterprise.”
“Cloud MES.”

But under the hood?
It’s the same old story.

Let’s just call it Complex.
I won’t mention names…
but if you’re curious who I mean, DM me. 👀

Complex software is sold as simple.
But it’s complex to buy, complex to use, and impossible to escape.

They don’t sell transformation. They sell dependency.

So here’s what you should ask before signing another “digital transformation". contract 👇

🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮?
If it’s ours, can we export it? With full fidelity, no fees, no tickets?

⚙️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲?
Can we still run production, or are we dead in the water until Monday?

🔌 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗣𝗜. 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲.
Open postman. Create a work order. If it takes more than 20 minutes or a consultant to prove it works, it’s not a platform, it’s a trap.

🧱 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳?
If every small change is a change order request… that’s not flexibility. That's vendor lock. 🔒 

And when they start talking about “roadmaps” instead of results... the cracks are starting to show.

So next time one of these Complex vendors sits across from you, ask:
👉 “Can you prove it? right now.”

If they can’t, shake their hand and say:
“Thanks, but I don’t need Complex software”

Because manufacturing’s already hard enough.

1️⃣ You don’t need old software pretending to be new.
2️⃣ You don’t need another system you can’t get out of.

Complex software makes for complicated excuses, and costly capability gaps.

Their promise of a “single integrated vendor” falls apart with even basic line of questioning.

We actually have the perfect solution this manufacturer needs.
But they’ve already been "sold" by Complex.

They probably took a trip to the Complex Island, 🏝️ sipped the Complex martinis, and listened to the “integrated ecosystem” pitch under the palm trees, and came back convinced that one vendor could solve everything. 🫨 

Now, months later, the only thing truly “integrated” is the vendor’s grip on their wallet.

I hope the Complex martinis were worth it… because now they’re paying for the hangover. 🍸💸
