Creative Director & Producer with 20 years of experience in the advertising and film industry. I create visual campaigns, animations, and AI-driven films - blending storytelling, technology, and execution. I’ve recently expanded into the film world, focusing on AI-generated cinema. 

Creative leadership is at the core of my work. I lead teams and organizations through creative transformation, helping them integrate AI while preserving human creativity. I design learning programs, shape innovation strategies, and run workshops that foster experimentation and future-ready mindsets. I co-created the Skills of Tomorrow program (Google & SGH), built training courses for Campus AI, and developed the video module for the DIMAQ AI certification.

As a Creative Partner, I collaborate with global AI tool leaders including Runway, Luma, Freepik, and Pimento. I test early-stage features, advise product teams, and exchange insights with top creators worldwide, bridging hands-on creative work with cutting-edge technology.

After an intense period of onsite preparation, I am thrilled to announce that our four short films are now live at the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk Muzeum II Wojny Światowej w Gdańsku.

This wasn't just a historical project; it was an R&D deep dive into the future of Hybrid Filmmaking. We took real actors and enhanced the storytelling using a specific stack of generative AI tools.
Under the hood: We moved beyond simple prompting. The production (completed in H1 this year) utilized: 
🔹 Visual Dev: Midjourney v7 & Runway Gen-4 references for visual development. (Side note: looking back, tools like Nano Banana & Seedream would make this workflow even smoother today!)
🔹 Animation: Google DeepMind Veo2 & Freepik for the main heavy lifting. Luma AI Ray2 & Higgsfield AI for supporting shots.
🔹 Additional custom solutions to enchance images. 

A Collective Vision: What makes this project unique is that each film was helmed by a different director, bringing a distinct style and perspective to every story. We will be dropping a new teaser every week, covering operations in: 🇧🇪 Belgium 🇵🇱 Poland 🇳🇴 Norway!

A massive thank you to producer Matt Subieta, PhD for entrusting me with this role. This was my first movie project, and I am incredibly grateful for the trust and the opportunity to work with such an amazing crew and directors.

W tym roku na kongresie  Local SoMe nie było czasu na nudę, bo miałem przyjemność sprawdzić się w potrójnej roli: 

Moderacja panelu... Szczerze? Z taką ekipą Maciej Leonard Żybula, Kamil Porembinski i Krzysztof Szłapka była czysta przyjemność. Z większością rozmówców dobrze się znamy. Dzięki temu dyskusja o AI, nie tylko w kontekście kreatywności, ale i twardego bezpieczeństwa, popłynęła naturalnie i bez zbędnej "spiny". Konkretna wiedza w luźnej atmosferze - tak to się robi!

Gala Złote Lajki, czyli wieczór pełen blasku! Wspólnie z 🎤 Dominika Madej wręczaliśmy nagrody w kategorii Region, to była czysta przyjemność. Fantastycznie jest wyróżniać ludzi, którzy odwalają kawał genialnej roboty w marketingu.

A kiedy emocje po gali nieco opadły... trzeba było otworzyć drugi dzień kongresu! Zadanie: obudzić salę, narzucić tempo i nastroić wszystkich na kolejną dawkę wiedzy na temat graficznych możliwości AI. Mam nadzieję, że ta energia została z Wami do końca dnia! 

Dziękuję za każdą zbitą piątkę, feedback po wystąpieniach i rozmowy w kuluarach. Do zobaczenia za rok! 👋
