I’m a corporate & M&A lawyer focused on non-contentious advisory work - helping investors and family businesses with their shareholder arrangements, board governance frameworks, and exit terms.

I started my career advising on high-stakes M&A, IPOs, and corporate exercises where speed, detail, and accuracy mattered. That shaped how I work today: with clarity, structure, and long-term thinking about how certain decisions affect outcomes long after a deal closes.

My work includes:
