Jedynym scenariuszem zwrotu setek miliardów dolarów inwestycji w AI jest równie spektakularna redukcja dostępnych miejsc pracy. Zdaniem noblisty "ojca chrzestnego AI" - Goeffreya Hintona, to dosyć oczywiste i pewne.

Hinton, nazywany "ojcem AI" z uwagi na swoje prace w dziedzinie sieci neuronowych, do 2023r. dzielił swój czas pomiędzy pracę na University of Toronto i pracę w Google, którą porzucił z uwagi na wątpliwości co do kierunku rozwoju tej technologii.

Problemy, o których mówi są niezwykle ważne i konieczne do rozważenia na poziomie rządów i regulatorów bo jeśli jego przepowiednia o koniunkcji masowego bezrobocia i rekordowych zysków i wycen się potwierdzi, to sądzę że społeczeństwa zaczną pękać podobnie jak w przeddzień Rewolucji Francuskiej..

W ciągu kolejnych dwóch lat tylko Amazon, Meta, Alphabet Inc. i Microsoft wydadzą setki miliardów na Capex i projekty AI no więc "at the end of the day" trzeba będzie pokazać: "po co?" 

A żeby nie być gołosłownym, dane w US już teraz pokazują >30% spadki entry job openings i rosnące bezrobocie młodych absolwentów z Harvardem na czele.

Jest jeden pozytyw: jeśli jesteś jednym z tych, których niedzielny wieczór przyprawia o mocniejsze bicia serca przed poniedziałkiem, to być może już niebawem problem sam się rozwiąże;)

🛠️ 1. Nowa platforma "AI-Q Blueprint" Aby umożliwić tę zmianę, Nvidia wprowadza AI-Q – platformę badawczą. To "plan" (blueprint), który ma pomóc firmom w budowaniu, trenowaniu i wdrażaniu własnych, zaawansowanych modeli "Agentic AI".

🌐 2. Ekspansja ekosystemu przez partnerstwa Nvidia ogłosiła współpracę z liderami różnych branż, m.in. G42, Boom Supersonic, Foxconn i Amazon Robotics. Cel: integracja AI w każdym sektorze – od produkcji przemysłowej, przez analizy klimatu, po autonomic zne systemy transportowe.

🏭 3. Robotyka i Cyfrowe Bliźniaki (Omniverse) Duży nacisk położono na połączenie świata wirtualnego i fizycznego. Dzięki integracji Omniverse, Isaac i CUDA, Nvidia umożliwia tworzenie realistycznych agentów AI, którzy mogą działać zarówno w symulacjach (digital twins), jak i w rzeczywistości (roboty).

Kto dzisiaj nie przełoży "wajchy" na 1) zrozumienie co to jest AI, 2) odkrycie co ta technologia oznacza dla KAŻDEGO aspektu organizacji, ten przegra albo już zaczął przegrywać.

Czasu na nadrabianie jest jakby coraz mniej..

Nie ma co się oszukiwać: miejsc pracy będzie mniej. Jednocześnie inwestycje w AI już nam się zwróciły - ogłasza Jamie Dimon, CEO J.P. Morgan. To co było inwestycją w zatrudnianie i szkolenie, zmienia się w inwestycje w AI.

Dimon mówi o 150 000 pracowników JPMorgan, używających własnych modeli do raportowania i analizowania: rynku, kontraktów, etc. Automatyzacja operacji i adopcja AI zmieni zasady gry, a rezerwy są jeszcze bardzo duże.

JPMorgan nie jest sam, Amazon ma ogłosić głęboka redukcję do 10% -       30 000 pracowników biurowych z działów takich tak HR - po co mi HR skoro przestaję zatrudniać ludzi. To oczywiście tylko jeden z wielu przykładów firm, konsekwentnie wdrażający model "AI First".

Jednocześnie już pojawiają się raporty o zmianie strukturze bezrobocia, okazuje się że w US, po raz pierwszy od dekad, poziom bezrobocia wśród niedawnych absolwentów College jest wyższy niż notowany dla całego rynku.

Zwolnienia to jedna strona medalu, drugą jest zatrzymanie zatrudnienia, szczególnie entry-level, choć nie tylko. Znalezienie pracy jest coraz trudniejsze, trwa coraz dłużej, a sama praca staje się coraz mniej pewna.

Zazwyczaj jest tak, że zmiany wyznaczają najwięksi. Pozostali powinni mocno się przyglądać, uczyć i interesować gdzie jest krążek, żeby ni obudzić się poza boiskiem (szybciej niż może się to wydawać).

Dzisiaj jest ostatni moment na poprawki - umów się na bezpłatny demo audyt bezpieczeństwa z naszymi specjalistami z SECURITY MASTERS!

Trudno mi sobie wyobrazić większą katastrofę niż atak ransomware, zatrzymujący operacje w szczycie sezonu w firmie retail. Brak możliwości sprzedaży, a co gorsza brak możliwości obsługi już złożonych zamówień! Niedostarczone prezenty, burza medialna, niesamowity stres...

W ciągu ostatniego roku Polska znalazła się na czele światowego rankingu ilości przeprowadzonych ataków ransowmware. Nie przypominam sobie tygodnia bez komunikatów o spektakularnych wyciekach danych, atakach ransomware czy o katastrofalnych zagrożeniach dla infrastruktury krytycznej w tym szpitali.

Warto zdać sobie sprawę, że prawdopodobieństwo takiego ataku jest dzisiaj naprawdę wysokie. Warto również pamiętać, że z dużym prawdopodobieństwem możesz nie wiedzieć o krytycznych podatnościach, które dzieją się pod Twoim nosem.

Nie życzę nikomu przeżywania stresu cyber ataku spotęgowanego presją 4Q, ale przede wszystkim namawiam każdego do zrobienia 110% dla zabezpieczenia się przed takim zagrożeniem.
