•	Analyzed survey results to gain understanding of best practices for National Office Boards
•	Translated from Spanish to English all WV Peru Board Meeting Minutes from 2010–2014. 
•	Developed a script and accompanying PowerPoint presentation for an engaging e-learning course for board members in 50 different countries across the WVI partnership to learn about composition, recruitment, and succession best practices.

•	Edited, approved, and processed production for over 100 direct mail pieces by comparing client notes to final mailing pieces.
